One item was on back order, but I knew that when I ordered it. They said it would be in mid-February and it ended up coming more like the end of February but they were good about keeping me informed. They also gave me the option to get my other items first and the back ordered item later, but I would have to pay for the additional shipping, so I chose not to do that. Overall, I had a good experience and they had good prices.

Dreamtime Baby's site was well organized and the product I ordered was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Other sites said they had the product I wanted but in reality, they didn't. Dreamtime Baby had it in stock and shipped it immediately.

There were no shipping timelines shown product took almost a month to arrive, to slow should be shipped within two days not two weeks.

It was not clear that shipping to Hawaii would not qualify for their hugely advertised "free shipping." AFTER I placed the order I was informed of a $90 shipping charge I would incur. I was greatly disapointed.

This merchant was awful...6 weeks after I ordered I asked for a refund when I still had not received my order, then they didn't refund all my money. they forced me to pay for an item I still have not received. they are awful. avoid them

My daughter is expecting her first baby and wanted crib items that were unique. She owns a restaurant which is very tropical in decor(Barefoot Bob's) and Huntington Beach fits the bill. We could only find it online and Dreamtime has the best prices for it. The first order was a little late only because the items were not in stock but the mobile came as expected. Thank you
