I ordered two carseats, but never received them. After calling to check the status of my order, I was told that the order had been cancelled because the item was discontinued. I had a problem with the product I received, and there was no invoice in the box for me to return the product for an exchange. I ordered pink block letters for a kids room and one of the letters I received was blue and there was no way to return the product or contact the copmpany. I ended up having to paint the letter to match the other ones received, and this was disappointing. I ordered them already painted so I did not have to do that.

The prices were excellent, however my item was on back order. No one informed me of the back order so I did not receive my product when I expected it. In the future I would appreciate an email or call to notify me of any back orders. I am still waiting to receive my order however I did receive an email that it should be here this week.
