Had trouble tracking the order. Had to call in numberous times to get a live person to talk to you. Customer service rep also admitted tracking system not the best.
Product came in a week after expected and box was torn up.
Item survived shipping.

Each item was delivered separately over a very long period of time --- 2 weeks - 6 weeks delivery time. It was ridiculous. And, I wasn't aware of how long it would take to have the items shipped. The company did not inform the customer of this.
One item received damaged and it took three phone calls and two messages before I could speak to a human to discuss the problem...then, I never received word back from the company on what was being done to fix the situation...it wasn't until I spoke to a manager that the situation was even dealt with! Then, the solution (item to repair the problem) was not what the manager said would be done.

I ordered bedding that was on backorder as stated on the website. I received an email around the suggested date of shipment saying that it would be delayed another 2 weeks. Everything arrived in good order after the additional 2 weeks. I chose Dreamtime Baby because they were the only website that would let you order something that was already backordered, and they had the lowest prices. Good shopping experience. Thanks.

We had a horrible experience with this merchant and will not use them again. They said they had a price match and when we called to get the price match, they would not honor it and so we cancelled the order. However, the next day I received a message saying that they were unable to cancel a portion of the order even though we cancelled in less than 24 hours after placing the order. I asked to return the item but we had to wait for it to "arrive" to cancel it. When it did arrive, it was left on our porch and when I called for the return, I had to send it back and pay for the shipping to return it. We were told we'd receive a credit within 15 days of returning it and after 20 days, we still had not been credited for the return and we we had to pay the return shipping.

Easy to use website. I wish it was easier to track the shipment. I did appreciate the email confirmation of the order, but I would have liked an email confirmation of the shipment. Excellent merchandise selection.

I cancelled my order because it was going to take a couple weeks to ship and I found it in a local store. It was easy to cancel the order, but I wish they hadn't charged my credit card until the order shipped.

One of the reasons I chose to go through Dreamtime Baby for my stroller purchase was because the item was to be in my home in a week. I had to wait three weeks. I could have easily purchased the stroller somewhere else and gotten it on time. The stroller was essential to our mobility. When I called the company, they told me that the product was shipped to Montana instead of my house in Iowa. I am completely disappointed in the service I got and was only reimbursed $15. I would not shop at Dreamtime Baby again. I will tell all of the people I know about my one and only experience with Dreamtime Baby because it was not good. When I called the company, the representative did not seem to have any concern for my situation at all. When I spend a lot of money, I expect to treated with the utmost care and concern. That will not happen with Dreamtime Baby.
