Dreamtime Baby does not return calls or emails. If you call them, they allow you to stay on the phone for about 5 minutes waiting for a CSR & then it goes to a voice mail.

It was hard for me to find this certain item for my sisters baby shower. I wanted something with great prices so I could still get her other things too. Dreambaby was the best site I ever saw for bedding and it was easy to go throught the process of ordering. She got the package the same day and time it said it would be delivered to her. Repeatedly tried to email company, No responce was sent to my email address. Called the toll free number, was told that I could not make a phone call the that number from my calling area. Called the long distance number, was told that the number was disconected or did not exist. Tried again to make sure that I didn't make a mistake, same thing happened.
This was my first time buying something big over the internet. I had a bad experience with this company and will never try to purchase something over the internet again.

One of the phone #'s listed to call an check status is disconnected - tried calling several times to the 800 # and can never get through and have had to leave voice mails and sent e-mails without response.
