When ordering a product online advertised with free shipping, you must call customer service to get the code to negate shipping charges. Crib exactly a week after I ordered it. Would purchase from this company again.

Everything was great when I recieved the kitchen. My only complaint was that I never recieved a tracking number so that I could verify that the gift was going to be here on time.... other then that the product was great and went together very smoothly..every hole lined up, which is not what I expected for a pre drilled unit... I am very pleased with this purchase and just to let other women know..do not be intimedated I put this together all by my self 3 1/2 hours later,,,but I got it done....

I wasn't satisfied with the look of the product. It looked a lot better online than it did in real life. It just kind of looks cheap to me. I guess you get what you pay for.

My shopping experience was great!
The only problem I had was that one of the products (mobile) I ordered was missing a piece. I'm still waiting for the piece, but most of all I've been waiting to hear if the missing piece is being sent.

I had a good experience shopping at Dreamtime Baby. The only complaint I had was that the coupon I entered claimed I received free shipping. I still had to pay a couple of dollars in shipping as the coupon did not cover the entire cost.

I was able to find a hard to find item at Dreamtime Baby. Most other places have already discontinued the item. I was just thankful that Dreamtime Baby had a few of the pieces left.
