Overall, very good experience. Nice selection, ease of purchase, good shipping options, best prices on Internet. You should send an email when an item ships out though; it would be helpful.

Dreamtime Baby is an excellent source for baby/child gear. The website indicates upfront if an item is back-ordered, and when the item is expected. The customer service is stellar.

Dreamtime baby told us that the britax we ordered would be on back order and shipped at the end of March. Well then end of March came and I had to email them to ask where and when the britax would be shipped. I was informed then that they did not have any britax carseat yet and would ship them when they got them. It had already been 3 weeks since I made the original order, so I called and cancelled and ordered it at another website where it was in stock.

Very poor customer service with regards to shipping. My order was $47.00 including $10 for shipping. I was charged an additional $35.00 by UPS (of which $29.00 was a brokerage fee). I expected the $7.00 charage for inport but not the $29.00 charge.
Dreamtime was indifferent to this issue.

One item was missing from the order so I had to contact them to send it. I placed a follow-up call after 7 days to check on status and I was told that it would be shipped within the next 2 days. If I don't receive it within the next 3-5 days, I may not order from them again.
