EZVacuum did not ship to me the OEM part which is shown on their site. EZVacuum shipped me as cheap knock-off immitation part, obviously not Dyson OEM. It's very deceptive of them to list OEM part #'s and then send immitation knock-off parts.

I would not trust this company.

Further more, I later found it was actaully cheaper to buy the *real* part from Dyson. So basically, EZ Vacuum sell more expensive parts which are inferior in quality.

Placed an order Sunday evening and needed it relatively soon. On Tuesday I hadn't heard anything regarding shipping, sent an email, and never received a reply. Called Thursday and was told that it was a special order and would take 3-7 business days. Was never informed of this and wasn't listed on website. 800 number was seemingly in India. At least they canceled the order without problems.
