I have shopped with them before and the process is usually acceptable. For this purchase I would have appreciated better photos of the item on the web and more description of the details. The rain shell turned out to be a good deal heavier than I expected. Read more

the item was on sale ($50 vs. 59) so I ordered and bought- one day later, they were on sale for 47! All on line, also. Then I wanted replacement spikes for stabilicers. on-line they were on sale, but it said none in stock in marlboro so i could not order and pick up, so I couldn't order on sale on line. Went to store, and they had at least 3 packages in stock. You should allow 'ship to local store' like REI, whether they are 'in stock' in that store or not! Read more
