Bad experience got worse. I placed an order and THOUGHT that everything was going well. WRONG!!! Two week later, when the order didn't arrive by the specified date I inquired by calling them... NO ONE ANSWERED AFTER 5 MINUTES OF RINGING (no please hold or any of that). So then I sent an "enote", the only other way to communicate with this company. THEY LOST THE ORDER. So I decided to give them another chance. WRONG. It's two days later now and after multiple enotes trying to get the order processed, I suddenly get an email that they have CANCELLED the order.

Save yourself time and grief - STAY AWAY FROM EBUYER!

Fantastic selection - some of the lowest prices - lots of free shipping specials, and even when free shipping is not available, you are NOT gouged like other retailers.

Responsive customer service - asked for and charged for overnight but product shipped ground - emailed customer service and the difference credited to my card in the same day! Did the right thing when their error was pointed out - can't ask for anything more.

I clicked through to the website in order to purchase a copy machine. Instead of the $16.67 shipping shown, the shipping turned out to be $55.74. I did not order from them.

I purchased two cameras (D-link) at ebuyer. One of them was a 2nd day delivery and I paid extra for it but it arrived after 3 days. I hooked up the cameras and after a few days one of them stopped working. The manufacturer stated that it was defective. I had to ship it back to D-link and get a replacement after a couple of weeks.

Would not use again. E-notes system is useless and if you need to cancel an order (prior to shipping) they will not respond. No response to phone calls, either. Once canceled order was sent anyway. After canceled order was returned. I tried to use e-notes to let them know I was returning item to no avail. They kept writing emails saying they received the order but there was no return indicated in the enotes. After all of that they sent the order to me a second time....

I'm almost ready to report them to the Attorney General's office in their state of operation.

eBuyer does not stand behind its products. I bought a bluetooth adapter from them, which purported to work with Mac if you followed the link to the manufacturer's website. When I got it, and found it DID NOT work with Mac, they refused to refund my full purchase price. They demanded a 20% restocking fee, plus no return on shipping costs. I have appealed through my credit card, but I warn you. They weren't even pleasant about it.

Was very pleased to have received the items I ordered by their promised delivery date.
I certainly would buy from them again and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a Plexwriter Premium CDROM writer on a Tuesday and used regular shipping. It arrived already on Friday. The on-line ordering was easy and got completed very quickly. The product received was exactly what I ordered.

I received a defective stereo.
They would not allow for a return or replacement.
According to their "Customer Service", I must deal directly with Panasonic for a repair.
What a nightmare!!!
Shop here with caution. Never Again for me!!!

I went on epinions to search for the best price with a good seller. I'd chose EBuyer and my experience overall: very satisfied with my purchase. Easy & Fast transaction. It was delivered before my promise date. Bonus: GREAT PRICE.

This company appears to be a SHAM!!! false reviewers giving it a higher rating than it deserves. Buyer Beware! Read all of the reviews here carefully.

I order a surround sound system on Monday afternoon and received it on Friday afternoon. Not bad from California to Kentucky for $15!
I had no problems with them and would gladly use them again.

This is a "bait and switch" company. They get you to look at the site by advertising a low-priced product, then they claim "out of stock" after you place your order with the low priced item.
Their web site has reliability problems.

Purchase of digital SD media was flawless, fast turnaround and I received what I ordered. I would consider this place again for sure.
