All some customers want is a little love when they fork over their money. They expect the product -- that's what they paid for. To delight them, however, they need a genuine service expression of thanks or service above and beyond the call of ...
Purchased 14 printer cartridges, 3 PDA accessories, and a USB notebook light from them via their eBay account (everydaysource). I paid instantly using their automated checkout system, then noticed that it had charged full shipping rates on two items ...
I have purchased many items off the Internet from countless number of merchants. This is the absolute worst retailer I have had experience with. Their prices are good. Their customer service is horrible. After placing an order for several items I ...
I purchased a $5 item from this company. When it arrived, it did not function. The cost of sending it back for replacement is greater than buying it again somewhere else. When I visit their site to find out about refund information, multiple options ...
I have purchased a variety of items 7-8 times in the past 4-5 years. Guessing, I would say probably 30 items..It started out with incredible savings on ink cartridges for a Canon printer at $1.97 B&W and $2.49 color, when retail was $22. & $27. I have ...
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. All emails were first responded to via form letter. Many of which had nothing to do with the situation. I ordered 2 batteries form them in mid july on or around 15th. I received a package 4 days latter. Pretty good so far. I ...
I ordered 2 new cell phone batteries for my phones from them through Amazon.com. I thought it was safer that way, but boy was I wrong. There was a problem with the shipment, and according to my tracking number it was returned to the seller for unknown ...
I was really worried when I read reviews about Eforcity, unfortunately I had already placed my order-so I had to wait and see. I ordered 2 batteries, a car charger, and wall charger for my Canon 50d. I have not used the car charger yet, so I can't really ...
Everything was going fine with this order until I realized the USB cable I bought didn't provide power to my iPod. When I tried to return it, they claimed they didn't receive it within 14 days (I sent it back just a couple days after I received it). Over the course of several more e-mails they refused to refund my money (though their web page offers a money-back guarantee). When I tried repeatedly to call their toll-free number as instructed in one e-mail, I was unable to get through. Three months after I returned the item, I didn't get my money back, nor have they given me a credit or sent the cable back.
What a joke! Stay away! by jessetaylor ,Jul 28 '04
Their customer service, in one word, stinks! It is non existent. I have literally spent about 30 minutes on their 800 number pushing key combinations trying to get lucky and actually find someone to talk to. There is no way to get through to a human being.
They ship via USPS, which is by nature untrackable. I have no verification they even shipped my order. Sure they provide a tracking number from the "Delivery Confirmation" they purchase with the Priority Mail postage, but I wonder if they even shipped the product.
What a bunch of scam artists. Stay away from Eforcity.com or "everydaysource" as their called on eBay.
Do not do business with this unethical company.
I ordered a cell phone charger that did not work with my model as advertised. The advertisement still has not been changed to be accurate and truthful. Eforcity would not refund my money because it was after the 14 day refund time. The exchange they promised was never delivered.
By coincidence, my sister bought a camera charger a year earlier from Eforcity. This, simply, was never delivered at all.
They stole my $20! TERRIBLE by fastwaytech ,Dec 15 '06
TERRIBLE! The positive review you see here is probably from the "business owner" (if you want to call it a business).
I mean, who is goinbg to get all excited about a battery and come write a 5 star review over it with 5's on everything? No, the only people that will end up at ePinions to write a review are pizzed off customers that searched for eforcecity in google and other search engines like I did.
So yeah; they kept my money from the auction, they sent an email saying they were out of that product, but yet they still had more of them listexd on eBay.
Horrible. Items were never shipped, and emails to them were not answered. They were payed by PayPal immediately after the order was placed. I have opened a dispute with PayPal, and am waiting for my refund. I would never do business with them again.
Shopping experience: Their on-line store was much more professional and easy to navigate than most stores selling similar products. Prices were also the best.
Ordering: Looked on their shipping details page and found a coupon for free shipping, woohoo! Surprising since I thought companies like this made their money by ripping you off with shipping costs.
Delivery: Standard USPS, not the fastest, but the price was right. Items came in a funny white bag thing, but are in good condition.
Customer Service: I see lots of reviews that say their customer service sucks, but I haven't had any problems or reasons to call them myself. If I ever get a faulty item from them I'll probably skip the customer service and just buy another one. No big deal.
