I just ordered something from ebay's deal of the day, so I can't comment yet on the delivery aspect from it. However, they have the most convoluted check out process EVER. From screen to screen to screen and back again, just to try and pay via paypal.
And then, to top it off, at the end - or maybe it was even twice, they try to get you to sign up for $10 off your next order. Fortunately, I've been around long enough to read the small print, and if you go for it, you're being to subscribed to some service of sorts that costs you $12 a month. What a total scam! Unreal (or not) that ebay even allows it. 

Always happy and satisfied shopping at Eforcity. The selection and pricing can't be beat anywhere and their shippng times are fine. Would like if they had a phone number to call for customer service but I have never really had any big issues to call about and their email support has been excellent when I have had to use it. I am a repeat shopper and I will continue to be.

I have ordered many times and always been happy with the company. I recently ordered some products and one did not come in my order instead it was replaced with another item. I emailed their customer serivce and in less than 24 hours they responded that the correct item was being processed and there was no need to return the incorrect item to them. They have fantastic prices and great customer service. Their shipping time is also wonderful, I usually recieve my items in less than a week!

Excessive shipping charges.  Charges are always per item and resulted in a 60% shipping charge based on the entire order amount.  Clearly not reasonable or anywhere close to actual shipping / handling costs.  Low item cost for inexpensive items is very mis-leading.  Very poor packaging!

Have purchased electronic, cell phone accessories, computer accessories and ipod accessories on several occassions. I have ordered from eforcity several times for cell phone, computer and ipod products. Products have always been in working order, delivered in a timely manner and were as expected from product description. A wider selection of products would also be helpful.  There have been times where I have had to order from other websites because eforcity did not have compatible products in stock - especially cell phone cases, cell phone batteries and headsets.  I always check eforcity for all of my electronic accessory needs. Just wish you could use more than one coupon or receive sale price without coupons - prices can be somewhat deceiving on "weekly specials" because you can only use one coupon. Free shipping without minimum order would keep me from even looking at another site. Delivery of products does not seem as fast as amazon-especially with free shipping option.
