The product description needs to show better pictures. After I recieved the item, I found out I cannot set them up because there are no keyholes or threads to use a third party mount for the speakers. Even though there are mounts included, they are custom to that particular set and there is no way to mount the center speaker which I need on the ceiling because of my projector screen.

Good product info, show charges clearly, efficient checkout, fast order processing. Fast customer service email reply but does not answer all questions well. Store policies not the best. Freight service used by this store was slow to deliver (delivery delayed 2 days; tracking showed package sat in warehouse for 2 business days before it went out for delivery).

I received an open box unit. There was no mention during the purchase process that I would be receiving an open box unit. In fact it was quite clear that it was a factory sealed box, but it wasn't. It works fine, so I'm keeping it, but I don't like being deceived. Everything else was great, but I won't be back.

Order was quick but be careful of the final order review. The billing address was allright but shipping address defaulted to NJ instead of my state. The order was already submitted when I realized it. I sent an email and called. I was put right away with the answering machine(which I did not like)and I left a message. However, a sales person called me back shortly and everything was taken care of smoothly. They even called again to confirm (due to my email).
They did not try to up sale anything which I appreciated very much. Very professional. Product was brand new and packaged in great shape when it arrived (on time). Price was the lowest for the best reported shopping experience when I did research before buying.

After several fruitless calls to major electronic stores, this sale, a month before Christmas, convinced me, once and for all, that buying through the internet and from Electronics Expo is now preferable as it allowed me to get the best item, at the very best price in very little time (2 days). I am more than satisfied with this company, its website, the ease of its usage, the follow through and have told others about it. I received my Toshiba DVD recorder within two days in excellent condition. This beats going to a store, only to be told that they won't have it in stock until later.
