Purchased a 37 inch Sharp Widescreen. Excellent price and only paid $150 for shipping. Ground shipping did take over a week, but the order was processed and shipped ASAP. No hassles with pressure tactics on accessories. I only wish that non UPS/FED Ex shipments had better verification that it shipped without having to call. I recommend the Internet store.

Ordered a Canon Elura 65 camcorder on Friday. I chose the standard shipping and it arrived on that next Wednesday. Unfortunately, they had packed the wrong item, the Elura 60, which is the cheaper model and has less features. So, I called and they took care of it with no hassles. They shipped it the next day with 2nd day air (which they paid for, of course). My camcorder arrived that next Monday and everything is what I ordered.

In my opinion, you really find out what a company is all about when they have to deal with a problem such as this. Electronics Expo passed with flying colors. I would definitely order from this company again.

BTW, I saved about 200 dollars on this item by using Electronics Expo rather than my local retailers. And they are an authorized Canon dealer.

Fantastic experience -- ordered a Canon camcorder on Monday and it arrived Thursday (via ground service -- I called with a question and the rep talked me out of expedited shipping -- he was right!). GREAT price, too, and very reasonable shipping rates.

I ordered a Sony Dream System (DAV-FC9) and got it about 10 days later. They had a great price ($100 below most places and some cases $200 below). I got an order confirmation email shortly after placing the order. Also, I received a shipping/tracking number email a day or two after ordering. finally, no phone calls to sale me stuff and the box was in great shape (no crushed or ripped areas).

I ordered Bose 321 from Electronics Expo. Their price was 65% of the retail Bose price which was great. The system came in 3-4 days from ups in the original sealed box. No problems at all with this seller.

After ordering a new Sony DVD/VCR recorder on November 29, 2004, I was told the order might take a week since it was to be shipped from another store. I heard no reply after a week. Called help line and told that one was going to be sent. Another week passed, and no reply. It is now December 14, 04 and not a word, not even an email. Tried to contact and would receive voice mail. I canceled order through Email today and ordered from another merchant. I would stay away from this store!!!!!

From the lack of action by this merchant it would appear that they are not customer oriented. Over two weeks, numerous telephone calls, promises to ship and still no product. Now the cost has increased from $407 to $499. Spend your money elsewhere........

I got an unbelievable price. It arrived the exact date it was scheduled to, and they e-mailed me the tracking number so I could track it. I had a good experience and would buy from them again.

Called about a ReplayTV recorder and they couldn't tell me whether they had one or when it would ship. I think they just wanted the credit card. I would not recommend them as they did not seem reliable or trustworthy

I used them once to order a Velodyne CHT 15 subwoofer. I received good communication via email from them. The order was processed fast (2 days including a VISA fraud check). Once it was given to UPS Ground, I received it in a week (was shipped from New Jersey to California). Exactly what I ordered in great shape. In fact, the subwoofer weighs about 83 lbs, and they packed it well so there was no damage. Overall satisfaction is 5 stars. Great price and choice of shippers (UPS).

I ordered a Sony DCR-HC40 from Electronics-Expo and the experience couldn't have gone better. First of all, the price was amazing, $150 dollars cheaper than Best Buy or Circuit city and $100 cheaper than Amazon - I paid $450 for a $600 camera. I was afraid like many online stores, once I place the order for this great price, I would be required to call and then be told the product is not available or buy 200 dollars worth on useless accessories. But not at this store, no need to call, they shipped the order and it arrived, brand new, factory sealed. Love the camcorder, love their service!

I have been in the market for HDTV. I researched for sometime and finally made a decision on what brand and format HDTV I would buy.

After reading reviews on many different sellers I decided on Amazon.com and Electronics Expo was the actual seller.

I ordered and paid for the TV online and waited for the email confirming purchase. Within a very little time the confirming email was received. By the next day I had a Shipping date and time of arrival.

I went to the website of the shipper and tracked the progress of my shipment.

To my amazement everything went according to "HOIL" with my set arriving exactly on the scheduled date and within the time set.

I live in rural Nevada and rarely if ever get things on time. In fact, at this present time I am waiting for Direc TV to showup for their Install of my new HD reciever. It is currently 11:45 AM (they were to arrive between 8:00AM and 12 noon) and I am getting more preturbed by the moment.

Oh well, Bravo for Electronics Expo they provided excellent service.

I ordered the HL-T5087S, but I was sent the HL-S5087W, a completely different TV. Calls to their office rang busy. I finally got through, a supervisor promised to ship the correct tv and pickup the old one. I called back on the day it was supposed to ship, they gave me a tracking number, but it was erroneous info. Still don't have the correct tv. Worst retailer I have ever dealt with
