I ordered the HL-T5087S, but I was sent the HL-S5087W, a completely different TV. Calls to their office rang busy. I finally got through, a supervisor promised to ship the correct tv and pickup the old one. I called back on the day it was supposed to ship, they gave me a tracking number, but it was erroneous info. Still don't have the correct tv. Worst retailer I have ever dealt with

Ordered a 50 plasma, Shipped and received within time quote.
No damage, no problems.
Phone customer service is nearly impossible. E-mail works best, 24 hr response. (I added extended warranty)
Just as a tidbit of info you have up to 30days from date of purchase to add the MAC extended warranty.

I had a good experience shopping at Electronics Expo. I ordered a Canon Digital Camcorder and received it within the specified time at the price that was quoted on the website. I didn't have to call and confirm my order like other websites make you do. And I called Canon to make sure they are an official retailer, and sure enough, they are. I would recommend them.

I purchased a Bose 3-2-1 system on-line from Electronics Expo because they had, by far, the best price. I was far from the perfect customer: I canceled my order then asked to reinstate it, all the while treating me better than I would have treated me. After the item had shipped (within 2 days, as promised)I decided that I wanted to get the 3-2-1 series II instead. I sent Customer Service an email asking how they wanted to handle the change. To my utter surprise, I was told that the item I ordered was out of stock and they had upgraded me to the Series II at no extra charge. That was a $300.00+ difference.
As far as I'm concerned these guys are the best and I highly recommend them to everyone. I plan to make all my electronic purchases here.

This store does not understand what customer service is. I placed an order with them three weeks before father's day. The item never shipped. After two weeks of waiting I decided to call them to see what happened and it was almost impossible to get a hold of them. I am still waiting for my credit card to be credited. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Bait and Switch. Went in to buy a Cannon HV10, within 2 minutes he had the HV20 out and all opened up. Major pressure to buy the higher priced model. Even had two other salesmen come over to verify what a great deal it was.

I walked out. No sale.

Will not be back.

I ordered a Sony multi-disc DVD player from this company. I was able to confirm on the telephone that they had the item in stock, placed the order via e-mail, and received my player in about five working days. The OEM box for the player was packed inside another cardboard box, affording better protection during shipment. The item was shipped via UPS and was received in good condition. I will probably buy from Electronics Expo again in the future.

I bought the Sony DE597 digital receiver from Electronics Expo, first time I dealt with this company.
Everything went very well, good personal treatment over the phone, my order was processed as told and now I'm already enjoying my purchase. The price was the best I could find in the Internet. The product came sealed in a new box, all the parts were there and the machine is working OK (it's a Sony).
Of course, I will continue shopping with them and I can easily recommend this business to everybody. I saved over $50 from the regular price and shipping rates are good too.

This store is, hands down, the worst online retailer I've ever tried to do business with. After ordering a Polk Audio home theater system (which they advertised at a very low price), they charged my credit card immediately, but never shipped the item. They didn't respond to my emails, and when I called the customer service number 12 days after I placed the order, the guy who finally picked up the phone (after 20 rings) tried to tell me the item had shipped, though he couldn't provide me with a tracking number. He said he would call me back, but didn't. Every time I called, the service rep lied to me. After finally admitting that the item never shipped, it took more than a week for them to issue me a credit. Do yourself a favor -- stay away from these losers.

I've had very good experiences with them. Plus they're always much cheaper than any other place. I will be sure to always check with them prior to purchasing any electronics.

My Electronics Expo Shopping experience could not have been more satisfying. From the The helpful customer service rep that I initially spoke with, to the fast delivery of an excellent product at a great price; I was WELL taken care of. I HIGHLY rate this e-commerce company.

I ordered a 60" LCD TV from here. I found the lowest price from a trusted site on Epinions and called to make sure they had it in stock. I talked to a customer service rep and told him what I wanted and to make sure they had it. He had 16 in stock and I ordered it online. I had read alot about this store and checked the BBB site before making my purchase. I live in IA so shipping a tv that big half way across the country had me a little nervous. I watched the shipping record and it showed up when it was supposed to in perfect condition.

I ordered a Sony DVD recorder. Electronics Expo did not have the lowest price but they had better store reviews than some of the cheaper stores.

I received my order confirmation email that stated the next time I heard from them my order will have shipped and I would get the UPS tracking number. I never got any emails from them again.

After eight days my order was still being “processed”. I was going to cancel it but I noticed they charged my credit card two days after I ordered the DVD recorder so I hoped it shipped.

The next day Fed Ex delivered the order to my house in California. My order had free shipping so maybe things got confused when it went by Fed Ex instead of UPS?

The Sony DVD recorder works great and I am very happy with it. I would buy from Electronics Expo again but they would have to have a very good price.

Ordered a 42 inch Sharp TV from E.E. using Amazon website. The ordering part was very easy and the deliver went well and was ontime. That is where the good news ends. The TV E.E. sent was not only broken but it was possibly used. The packaging was in a deplorable state. I contacted E.E. but they refused to refund me or send me an operating TV.

This is your warning, stay away from lousy internet dealers if there is a chance of needing to return an expensive item. They are happy enough to take your order but that is where the ease stops. E.E. is probably the worst of the bunch.

Wonderful Experience! I had absolutely no problems with Electronics Expo online Store! I had no reason to call for customer Service, They shipped the day they said, and have a great company to deliver their items. They even bring it in your house and help you unpack if you want. I would recommend buying items from them!
