Electronics Expo

I was planning to order the Klipsch Reference 35 series speakers from Electronic Expo because of their low price and that they mention on their website they are an authorize dealer for Klipsch. THAT IS A LIE!! I called Klipsch and checked their website and they stated that ELECTRONICS EXPO IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. Buyer beware. You can check this out yourself. I don't know if I can trust a business that uses this kind of deceptive tatics.

Unbelievable. I bought a Samsung HLR6167W. I ordered it late on a Thursday night. By lunch Friday, I had an email stating my order had been processed and was being shipped out. The following Tuesday I received a call from the shipping company to schedule delivery. My TV was delivered that Thursday less than a week after I ordered it!! It arrived in perfect condition. I will say even though I did not need the customer service department I did try calling them three different based on previous reviews. I was not able to get through. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service and price. Recently purchased online (Expo had the lowest price for a Panasonic digital phone and charged no shipping). No problems at all

BEWARE! Electronic Expo listed a price a price through Bountiful and there was a discount coupon to type in.  The discount shows on the Electronic Expo site.  I then went through Google checkout and the coupon amount did not show after it was discounted at  the Electronic Expo site.  I then went through the Electronic Expo site to order.  Again the coupon discount was applied at the Electronic Expo site and then on checkout the coupon amount was not there.  BEWARE as indicated in other reviews.

After 10 days my "in stock" 2-day delivery order for a Canon digital camera isn't here. Phone always busy. One email response gave no ID order & therefore no tracking or confirmation of shipping. I can't even cancel the order because they do NOT communicate with you.

Worst retail experience I've ever had. Ordered a 57inch Mitsubshi Dlp through Amazon.com. Order arrived on time, but as soon as I plugged it in, the picture was warped. Called Eletronic's expo the next morning, was told they would get right back with me. Tried to call them again the next three days, but line was either busy or no one answered. Filed an Amazon A-to-Z claim. Finall, a week later, Electronic's Expo called me. Bassically was told that it wasn't their problem, it was my responsibility to get it fixed. I called a local repair shop, took an afternoon off work to wait for the servie person. He took one look at the TV and said they would have to order parts, which would take two weeks. It's been over two weeks and haven't heard from them. Amazon.com was worthless in solving this problem. Now I'll have to see how VISA handles this.

Great experience -- ordered a Sony DVD403 camcorder on Wednesday and it arrived Friday. ElectronicsExpo's Web site is well organized, it is easy to navigate. No confirmation calls to 'verify credit card' and press you to buy accessories. Prices are great too, and very reasonable shipping rates.

We ordered a 17" LCD television from this company. They immediately charged the amount due for this TV to our charge card - we never heard from them until - TWO MONTHS LATER!!!- a refund appeared on our charge card for the TV. We received no word or apology from Electronics Expo. They held our money for two months and then refunded it!! We ended up with nothing!

Great online purchasing experience. Ordered on Thursday and had hooked up in my home on Monday. Lowest price I found anywhere. Will purchase again from Expo!

Ordered Yamaha receiver on Saturday, it shipped on Monday, arrived Tuesday afternoon. E-mails confirming order and providing tracking number were prompt. Product was well-packed, and in perfect condition upon arrival.

Excellent online company to do business with. I purchased a Samsung 46" DLP TV from them on a Sunday evening and it was delivered to my door the very next Friday around 4.30 PM. The company called the previous evening to set up a 4 hour delivery window and were right on time, very courteous deliverymen.

No problems at all, would do business with them again for sure.

I bought a Sony digital camera. The price is the lowest which raised some doubt on the credibility, still went for it. It's an amazing experience. The delivery was very fast and the product is brand new as it was claimed. I would love to come back again.

Electronics Expo is an Excellent company. Best prices, super fast shipping, on time delivery, brand new products... I'm very happy.

The never notified me, that they cannot ship the item to my work address, which is different than my billing address. OK, I understand. A policy.

However, after my phone request to ship to my home address instead, they even disregarded this.

Do not bother!

I ordered a Sony 50" LCD projection TV the Sunday before the Super Bowl,I was hoping to have it for the Olympics but they called me on Thursday and said the TV was in Milwaukee WI. and it was delivered the next day. The Super Bowl was great in High Def. EXCELLENT PRICE!**** EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
