Good experience with minor wobble that's easily forgiven

E.Expo delivered the camera I ordered at the best price and fast enough. Its service was only marred by a minor glitch: Their commitment to email me when the item was shipped never reached me, if it was emailed at all. (No, the spam filter didn't suppress their message). As the result, it appeared they hadn't even shipped the item. A week later I called to check and the sales person said it had already been shipped. He sounded friendly and helpful, though had been beleaguered by others' complaints, saying having the lowest prices means they get very busy at times. So, if you can weather such uncertainty with patience, they may surprise you with good service after all. I'm happy.

Lets see, the electronics expo in WAYNE, NJ.
Walked in and no one in the store even looked at me. I tried to ask a simple question about a TV and when I came back out to ask a question about the tv's everyone simply walked away.
The manager called me the next day when I wrote an email to the store, I called him back and he never called back. Thanks Jimmy, what a great MANAGER, your employess dont care about selling and you dont call back.

Good price but very bad customer service

Bought a Beltronic radar detector from EE. Used UPS ground for shipment but the delivery did not come in 5 business days. Because EE did not issue me a tracking number, I tried to call its customer service and the phone line was either busy or no one was available. Emailed EE twice to ask for the shipping information and never received any response.
Eventually the radar detector arrived and it was in good condition. I am happy with the price and product quality of my purchase. Just feel EE needs some effort to improve its customer service.

Kudos to Electronics Expo!

Kudos to Electronics Expo! My first on-line shopping experience with Electronics Expo. I purchased a Bose Lifestyle 30 in white as a gift to my wife for Mother's Day. I decided to order from EE because they had very good feedback on other sites. They are Authorized Bose Dealers (I Confirmed this after calling Bose) and they also had the best price. Almost immediately I received an invoice via email and 24 hours later an email from UPS with my tracking information. It arrived with 72 hours of ordering very well boxed. Great job! I highly recommend this easy to navigate and the people running it seem to be honest. Only one small drawback, and it's for everyone's good. They do address verification if you are shipping the product not to your billing address. Guess there must be a lot of Internet fraud out there. No big deal, in order for me to ship it to my job, they simply asked me to add my secondary shipping address to my credit card. (This order was over $2K.) Thanks Expo.

Product never shipped, took 12 days to determine out of stock

I ordered a product that never shipped. It took 12 days and repeated phone calls for them to determine the stock status of the product. Ultimately the product was determined to be out of stock and the order was cancelled. Throughout the 12 days I was assured the product was in stock and would ship. The product page still says it is in stock and will ship in 1-2 business days. There is no reason to take this long to determine whether a product is in stock or not. In this day and age the stock status on the product page should be accurate.

This place is a joke!!!! I have never had such a terrible on line shopping experience. First I ordered a 260$ under the counter tv, what I recieved was a 89$ under the counter radio. I called the day after to tell them and they said they would immediately ship me the correct one and I could then send the wrong one back. 10 days later still nothing. After calling about 15 times I finally get through to someone who says they have no record of my call and claims she spoke to my husband that day. My husband was standing right next to me and says No he had not spoken to anyone. I told her I just want a refund and I am mailing this radio back. She said she would e mail me a shipping label within 10 hours. 3 days later I still have nothing. I guess I will spend my day off dealing with them AGAIN! This was a Christmas present and now I have to start all over. I will NEVER do business with this company again- I just want my money back!!!!!!!!

Please spare yourself the pain and do not order anything from this vendor as they are a bunch of unreliable, inefficient, cheap people. They would provide you with false information everytime you call them and it'll end up with you being at the loosing end.

I am satisfied in general. The product was shipped as schedule. It takes a bit of long by using UPS ground but this is only reasonable shipping price. It would be nicer if Electronics Expo can negotiate with UPS for better delivery rate in order to get good price on quicker delivery method.
