i bought an elliptical trainer from them and it was delivered on time and i am happy with the ways the entire transaction went. they even have a decent site with really good images

Had no problems with the store. A lot of info on the web-site about the products. Fast shipping. Cheaper comparing to other web-sites. Highly recommend.

Abysmal.  Ordered an elliptical that never arrived and was told nearly a month later that the elliptical was not in stock (even though they had never informed me of this and had charged my credit card when the initial order was placed).  Their solution, at my behest, was to cancel the order and refund the charge.  This is all I got -- after waiting literally over an hour to talk to someone at customer service and waiting almost a month for a $500 elliptical that never came.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

HORRIBLE! Six days after taking money, equipment not even prepared for shipping; call for information and you only get a voice mail advising to leave your name and email. Did that for four days and no response. Called new orders to speak to a live person -- asked for his name and was immediately transferred to the voice mail. Called again and was told I could cancel the order (since it still hadn't shipped) but it would be 5 - 7 days before they would credit my card. Asked for supervisor and - shockingly - got his voicemail! Still waiting for his return call.

This is a front website for Mercantila. We made the mistake of purchasing an elliptical through them over a week ago. They don't have the elliptical in stock and now they are saying it might be 2-4 more weeks plus shipping time. As such, we simply want our money back to purchase from another vendor but Mercantila won't credit our card. After several calls, it looks like we will have to dispute this charge with our credit card company. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They are an internet fraud.

Horrible experience. Advertised as free shipping for the elliptical I was trying to by but would never allow me to select free shipping. Called into customer service/sales and was told that free shipping would apply to my order and they would get back to me. Never a call back and in subsequent calls I was told free shipping would not apply to my order. Horrible customer service and amazing false advertising. Took my business elsewhere.
