bought the Asus 9800xt graphics card using the on line ordering process. about 1 hr later they called to verify who I was and the make sure it wasn't a fraud. I received the board 2 days later with free shipping. The only thing that bothered me was the box was opened and not sealed from the manufacture, although all the parts were still with the box it was apparent some one had gone through the box. I would make a sugestion that they keep the product in it's orginal wrap for customer anxity. The product works great so there was no issue. I will keep this company in mind again when ordering parts. When everyone else was out of stock they had the part in stock and comparitable priced.

Their Web site worked just fine until I tried to check out. Nothing happening when you click on Check Out link, though Recalculate works... Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns calls, and emails to Info @ and Support @ bounce back. Sent private email to the ostensible president (found under company link). Verrry suspicious that they don't want to take my money... Would love to give them a good review, but so far it looks like they've gone 404 on us...

I had a great experience with Essential Computer. Delivery and processing of order was super quick, as promised. Order was accurate. I placed the order online. I built a new computer using parts mostly from them but also from 3 other dealers. I ran into odd problems which after I spent 30 days on realized it was only occuring when using 2 memory modules. I called them up, and the person I spoke with was very intelligent, courteous, and helpful. He told me of a recently discovered problem on the fast memory I ordered with my Asus P4C800-E Deluxe motherboard which I ordered both from them.... and he suggested a slightly slower but less costly Kingston memory module to be on the safe side. He knew about an issue with Corsair Micro memory that they used 2 different mfg chips, one worked with my MB and the other didn't... but due to the heat spreader the retailer wouldn't know which is which. They ended up giving me a refund. It went smoothly.

This company is the BEST I HAVE USED. They sell what they say. There service is Outstanding and
if you have a question they even answer there phones. They provide an answer to your questions, NOT like most company's that Don't even answer the phones. They shipped 2 day air and I had my drive on time. GREAT COMPANY and will purchase from them again.

This is perhaps the worstest place to shop, received defective product, sent back for exchange one month later still received nothing. Call them but no one answer, e-mail was also unresponded. I've already file a fraud complaint against these people, if you been cheated by these people, file the complaint, too.

NO problems, will be back for more.
Ordered Motherboard and CPU on a Sunday. Received both an e-mail and phone call about my order.Since I responded before 1:00 EST, my order went out-Monday,via UPS -2nd day Air for FREE.
When order received,( on the second day) it was just like going to the local store, but lot less problems----and I could shop late on a Sunday. As long as the pricing holds, I'll be back for more items.
