I purchased sterling silver necklaces from this store for my bridal party. I loved the website and could find things very easily. It was organized and fun. I called customer service and spoke to a nice man and he told me that the necklaces were in stock and that they would get them out to me that very day. My shipping was free, I got a neat pair of tiffany style earrings for spending over $100 too. My jewelry was packaged in adorable satin pouches and in jewelry boxes. Perfect for gift giving and at no charge. Package came in 2 days and the necklaces were better than I expected. I would highly recommend EvesAddiction.com.

I normally don't take time to write reviews or even participate in customer satisfaction surveys. It's not that I'm lazy, just not overall impressed with online shopping and especially customer service. I won't write a bad review either, unless it was just a disaster and the customer service was absolutely offal.

In this case, I'm happy to say and spend time expressing and giving a public review of Eve's Addiction.

Price, shipping, "especially" delivery time, easy purchasing and their customer service support is phenomenal.

The items I ordered were gifts for my bride maids (added one for me too) and we all just love them so much! No flaws, and in perfect condition! Wearing them every day!

I got my wife a few things from Eve's Addiction, and she really liked them - cubic zirconium earrings & bracelets, etc. She liked it so much that she has subsequently bought a bunch more stuff, and all the quality is pretty good. We haven't had to return anything, so I can't say what their return service is like, but they've always shipped quickly.

I ordered two nice silver initial necklaces and I received them in about 4 business days- super quick!!  The necklaces arrived in very nice gift boxes and were enclosed in a nice jewelry bag.  I thought the necklaces looked exactly as advertised and I was very pleased.  I tried the necklace on, but the chain was only 16 inches and didn't fit me very well.  I emailed customer service and asked if I could exchange the chain for a larger chain and within the day, customer service replied saying that they were sending me new chains.  I received the chains and am extremely satisfied with my experience at Eve's.  I will most definitely be shopping with them again and I'm telling all of my friends!! 

I ordered a ring from EvesAddiction for my boyfriend for our anniversary. I was a little worried because I had waited til last minute to order it, but the customer service rep that I spoke with was very helpful in helping me get my order in and shipped out that same day! I have never had a shopping experience quite like this.  I spent more time shopping for this item than waiting for it, it seems.  I wanted a memorable gift but on a tight budget.

I chose a ring, selected its size and decided to engrave it.  I was able to say what I wanted, choose a font and even dictate the wording of the card that's included at no extra charge.  The item arrived at my door in no time at all.  I was expecting some time to be spent on the engraving, but it arrived so quickly I was stunned.

The ring was exactly as presented.  The engraving is beautiful and the pouch, box and card made it extra special.  

I had the most positive experience with this online company!  From the items themselves I ordered (beautiful and described perfectly), to the customer service I received (one question regarding shipping/delivery), to the actual delivery (on time with no problems) - I have absolutely no complaints.  This company can count on me being a repeat customer.

I ordered 2 beads for a pandora bracelet, although these are compatible beads and not pandora I was a bit hesitant on the quality, due to the fact that these are not pandora beads and are half the price, some are more than half the price. I received both of the beads today, and I must tell you they are of top quality and I was very pleasantly surprised. After receiving this order, and seeing the wonderful quality of the beads I will definetly be doing more shopping for beads and other items with Eves.
I also would like to comment on the promptness of the delivery and also a response to the email I sent to them. I will recommend their website to my friends as an alternative to purchasing their beads from pandora or the other higher priced stores and websites.

I was looking for something special for me and my friends when I stumbled across Eve's Addiction. They had a whole bunch of different necklaces that you could get engraved. I used the live chat on their site and a really nice customer service rep helped me find a necklace that I could have engraved with our names on one side and "Friends 4 Life" on the other. I got to see a preview of the engraving online, which was really cool. I ordered 4 of the dog tags, 1 for each of my 3 best friends and 1 for me. I was able to give my friends their gifts within 3 days of having placed the order, it was incredible how fast they engraved and shipped my order.

These guys are GREAT! I had a silver bracelet engraved, and it shipped out the same day I ordered it! The quality of the jewelry is great, and since my wife lost her job, money is tight, so buying sterling silver jewelry makes a lot of sence. I called them because I couldn't believe they could have engraved my jewelry so fast! When I called, the customer service rep was so friendly and she gave me a tracking number so I could check the progress of my shipment. I wish all online stores were this good!! VERY happy with Eves Addiction.
