nightmare, knew shipping was twice what it really cost, Shipping was $118.80,  but needed the shower base so ordered it. The shipping was on time, but the shipping company calls and informs me that the shower base was at their dock, my choices were, to either drive 45 miles and pick it up there, OR, wait by the phone the next day till the truck driver called and set up a time for me to meet him 15 miles away and pick it up. Needles to say, I had to stay home from work and wait around by the phone till the call came, but hey, I did get the shower base. You would think for that outragous shipping price it could have been at least through out in my drive way as they drove by

Wonderful business to use!  My faucet arrived quickly-24 hours.  I had a small problem with the faucet and the new one arrived the next day and they picked up the return faucet at the same time.  They dealt with the problem professionally and quickly.  The whole transaction from start to finish was a positive experience.  One of the best businesses on the web to deal with when purchasing an item. Their pricing was one of the best of the item I purchased.  I will definitely become a return customer and recommend them to friends.

Very frustrating.

Stated had faucet in stock. After order I got an email stating that it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. I OK'd this, then 6 weeks later still no faucet. Multiple phone calls to find out status and was told each time that faucet was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. Still no faucet.

At 7 weeks after order was told that faucet was again on back order and that it would take 3-4 weeks. Cancelled order ... deja vu.

Nice staff, but unable to do anything to help.

I will not try to shop here again. I ordered three sinks with bad experiences on all three as follows: 1) read product descriptions carefully - the photos are not always right, showing left hole when they're selling right hole, etc - as a result, I got the wrong sink. It took over 1 week and several calls to get a return authorization.2) I ordered a replacement sink, over the phone, they told me it was in stock and would ship. Several days later I got an email that they were out until January.3) I ordered another replacement sink, over the phone, they told me it was in stock and would ship. Several days later, I got an email that they were out of stock until December.
In short, don't trust the info on the website OR the info you get on the phone - especially when you're in the middle of a remodel!
