My wife ordered a Toshiba Portable DVD Player for me on Christmas and ended up receiving a different one. She ordered the Toshiba SD-P2000 and received the Toshiba SD-P2500. Now, the one we received is a newer model and one would think it to be more expensive. However, the pricing they list on-line is approx. $100 less for the one they shipped. They say the difference is made up in the shipping, so I looked it up and there is still a $50 dollar difference had we ordered the SD-2500. After calling them up, they looked into it and refunded me that difference. The guys there seemed courteous in general and the prices are fairly competitive all said and done. I'll look to shop there again but will keep an eye on the cost and shipping charges.

First, I was very happy with how they are always there when you call over the phone and are happy to answer any questions. Second, the prices are better than any other online retailer. The shipping charge was very reasonable as well. And third, I received my big screen HDTV in under a week's time and it arrived in perfect shape!

I am very happy with Everything for Electronics and would absolutely go back to order from them again.

Ordered new Panasonic LS55 portable dvd on 4/20. Said it would ship in 2-3 days. Called each week and got another new promise. Finally had to cancel order on 5/12 after calling again and being told the item was discontinued. I called Panasonic and was told the item was introduced less than 1 yr ago and it's in full production. Appears the real reason is that the on-line price went up nearly $100 in the 3 weeks since I ordered and they didn't want to honor the price. I took my business elsewhere - you might want to also.

After reading enough reviews of other on-line electronic store nightmares, I chose Everything 4 Electronics. It didn't seem that their review listing was padded with bogus reviews. I was still very nervous to make such a large purchase on-line (Sony 50" LCD Projection TV) from a relatively unknown retailer. Well, my fears were unfounded as I am now watching my new TV and everything was perfect right out of the box.

I saved over $1000 (even after shipping) over Best Buy or Circuit City.

Super price on new Sony KP-57WV600 57 projection TV. Purchased during the December Christmas rush and had some delays on shipping but I was assured that my new system would arrive for the holidays and the folks at Everything For Electronics came through. Always got a quick reply when I questioned status of my order and no charges were made to my credit card until TV was shipped. Beautiful HDTV that provided a brilliant picture within 10 minutes of coming out of the box! Couldn't be happier. Haven't been this excited about TV since the first color sets hit the market in the early '60s.

After spending an entire day going to many different stores looking for the tv model we needed we came home totally exhausted and empty handed! We could not listen to one more sales pitch esp since many of them contained much mis-information about what a TV could and could not do.There seems to be much confusion over the differences between HDT ready, combo etc.,etc.Anyway, we had all but given up on getting a wide screen TV,when I had decided to hop on the internet to see what kind of information I could find. My husband went out for a newspaper and when he returned 20 mins later I handed him a sales receipt for the exact TV that we wanted.I was very leary over ordering something this large over the internet but within a week all my fears vanished! We recieved our TV in perfect condition and for much less money than we thought we were going to spend!!! Every aspect of transaction was superb. Product (KV34XBR910) delivered on time in brand new factory box. I dealt with Joe and would recommend anyone calling and asking for him as he is very honest, straight forward. No surprises and no effort to inflate advertised price and shipping.Would shop with them again without hesitation.

Shipping and delivery were prompt (during the 2003 holiday season). I received email confirmation of the order, and same day response to my email in which I requested confirmation the item was in stock and the estimated shipping date.

The order was filled accurately and arrived in perfect condition. Even though shipping charges were a little high, I still paid less than the advertised base price for other online merchants, and definitely less than the local retail stores.

I'll order from Everything For Electronics again.

I choose not to buy from this merchant due to their excessive shipping charges. I was looking to buy a Panasonic DMR-E80h DVD Recorder. The price was great ($493.99), but they wanted $67.58 for shipping. Ouch! Needless to say, these guys lost the sale. I advise you check their shipping costs before making an order.

Low price until you calculate shipping charges. I'm not going to deal with any company that tries to bait you with a low price and then tries to make it up on exorbitant shipping charges. Typical charge should have been about $10 while they wanted $38!!

I ordered a 34" Flat screen SONY TV (which they said they had in stock) However, 20 days later they still did not have it...SONY's fault, they said
It was not easy to cancel either, since you cannot reply to their emails (invalid return address). I had to call multiple times to get through.

I wanted to purchase a Denon receiver for my son's birthday and found Everything For Electronics had the best price of anyone on-line or at a retail store. After I placed an order with them, I received an e-mail from them promptly but the receiver my son wanted was an older model which they could find in a few days, or instead, they offered me the newer model at a great price. I, of course, took the newer model.

My order was shipped as promised and received on time and my son is extremely pleased and excited.

The customer service was excellent. I spoke and e-mailed Joe over the course of a couple of days and he was very helpful. Generally, it is hard to talk to a live person when you order on-line but I found Everything For Electronics to be extremely customer friendly. It was great working with one person who knew what was going on with my order.

Thanks again for a great shopping experience. The next time we need electronics, I know where to go and I will definitely let my friends and family know about them.

My order was processed accurately and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Joe at Everything For Electronics provided excellent communication from purchase to delivery. Overall I was extremely pleased.

I ordered a Panasonic pt-47x54 on 1/13/05. Did not receive any email or phone call about shipping delivery. Did not receive email confirmation of order. Received tv on 1/21/05 at 7pm. Tv was cracked at both top right and top left corners. Tv has a big white shadow on lower part of screen and big scratch in center of screen. Tv has no picture when turned on. Spoke to Rodney and Greg on 1/24/05. Sent digital pictures of damage to Rodney 1/24/05.
I was told they will have to file a claim with the shipping company. Tv was ordered for Superbowl party. Will they come thru and deliver new one in time?

I will wait to see how long this takes before some resolution.

1/31/05, still no resolution. Did not get call back from Rodney as promised. Still no update on how this will be resolved. Very upset now.

Ordered online and had item in hand 2 days later. Very fast shipping, great communications and follow up. VERY PLEASED WITH TRANSACTION. I would highly recommend this store, we saved a lot of money on this item and we were skeptical but where very pleased that we went ahead with the purchase, it couldn't have gone any smoother or any better decision. I ordered a Tech-Craft swe50 stand for my 50 inch Sony LCD television.

It took a couple of days before they could ship and they advised this to me up front. The told me that they had to open the box up and repack items in bubble wrap to protect it during shipment via UPS. The package arrived on time and I can see why they repackaged this stand and I appreciate it.

Poor customer service after sale. Large screen TV not delivered on date as promised. They use a terrible freight company that is cheap. They fill out the shipping invoice wrong so as to save money but then that causes delays and shipments not being delivered when promised. Don't expect your shipment until at least a week later than promised. For the price you pay for the electronics I would use another on line store.

I found Everything For Electronics to be an excellent choice for purchasing factory packed (not reconditioned) electronics. I received the package a day earlier than expected. I am in the pack & ship industry and highly commend their packaging skills. I had a question regarding the product, as it is Toshiba's newest portable DVD player, and called them. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. I give them a 10 plus rating and look forward to dealing with them again soon. I have reccommended them to my friends and associates. By the way, they were the lowest price on the Toshiba SD-P2600. Thanks for making my purchase so easy and pleasant and cheap.

I tried to buy a Sony HDTV from this store, however, they did not deliver. They claimed that they had the set when I ordered it, then lied that my delivery would be delayed because of the holidays. I finally found out that they never had it, and did not even know when they would get it in. I would have waited except for their lies. Don't waste your time with these bozos. Jerry from Colorado

I ordered a Philips DVD963SA on Wednesday afternoon, December 31. Used their 800 number instead of the web because I wanted to ensure that the item was in stock before ordering. They checked, it was, I ordered. I asked if I could get Friday delivery with overnight shipping and was told that it was unlikely they'd get the order shipped that day. Points for honesty. Not only did they decline the chance to sting me on the shipping, but the ground shipping charge was less than I expected, and the item arrived the following Monday! Hmmm, honesty and speedy, cheaper-than-expected shipping. Sounds good to me!

Item arrived in good condition. Still checking it out, but it's working well so far. Oh, and their base price on the 963SA was outstanding. I will use them again, and will recommend them to my friends.

They charged my card without ever delivering the product. After many days and phone calls to the company, I had to finally ask my credit card provider to reverse the charge. Everything4Electronics is an unreliable and badly organized business. Their service is unsatisfactory.

I picked E for E based on a price comparison for a Pioneer Elite Receiver for my home theater. They had reasonably good feedback so I took a chance. I was quite pleased with the experience! They provided me with ample E-mail correspondence, even confirming my order via E-mail. Shipping was reasonably prompt and the box arrived in perfect condition. The unit worked fine and I would definitely do business with them again.

Everything was great! I ordered a DVD Recorder and needed it to have it before Christmas. It was shipped as promised and arrived in great shape and on time. Customer service was very helpful.

Great prices! The customer service represenative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I usually do not by expensive items like this on the internet and to be honest I was a little apprehensive. But the guy that helped me on the phone made me feel very comfortable about placing my order and also made me feel very confident that they were an honest retailer. I received my television rather quickly and in perfect working order. These guys are great. i will refer my friends and family to buy from Everything For Electronics.

Purchased 57" HDTV. Delivery was made local freightliner (18 wheeler came to the house) When the carrier received the TV from Everything For Electronics (aka EFE) they gave me a call and scheduled a time for delivery. They were very professional and friendly. Only complaint is that there was no communication as to when the tv was shipped or when to expect the call from the local delivery service. I was wary about making such a large purchase over the Internet, but EFE provided decent service and contracts a great delivery service. I would not have any trouble shopping with them again. Very satisfied experience.
