I ordered an island range hood and extension. I was told everything was in stock and that I would have it within a week. The extension, which is critical to installation, did not arrive until two weeks after the scheduled delivery date. I was assured two different times that it had already shipped and even given tracking numbers. Not all of the parts for the extension were available and the warehouse was "looking" for spare parts to complete the unit. They refused to expedite the shipment due to the additional cost. They cost me two weeks. I would have never ordered it if I had known this.
