I don't have an experience from this store, but now I know that I should of, because the shipping and tax prices are better than some of the stores or sites I'v gone to, and I would say that good enough to write something even with no experience.

Customer Service was incredible! They have a huge variety, including an ever-growing blu-ray section. The prices were very low! The best part was the 1.99 shipping for any size order on their website! As far as their actuall store locations, you couldn't ask for a better, cheap place to rent movis. Their new releases are under 3.00. They're always giving away free movies, plus their kids movies are always free! They have 1000's of movies that are 2 for 1.00! The stores I've been to have had a very nice staff and have been very neat, clean, & organized. They have a massive amount of titles to choose from and if they don't have it, they will try and find it for you!

I ordered a PS3 game that was listed as in stock on Thursday night, the following Tuesday it was not shipped yet. I send them an email telling them to ship it or cancel the order and that seemed to have done the trick as they shipped it that same day. Good prices, but they seem slow on shipping things out.

Ordered Cars DVD Widescreen version for $11. Actually pre ordered dvd got a $5 coupon and there price was the cheapest anywhere which I ended up paying $11. Seems like a good service but as of November 24th still have not received the dvd and the DVD shipped according to them on Nov 4th. There is no tracking number which to me is a big no no with any online service. I guess this is cheaper for them but how many movies are lost in the mail. They have replied to my one email telling me to wait at least 15 business days and then reemail them and they did give me $2 off. I have sent them an email stating again today and hopefully hear from them tomorrow. At this point, the shipping part is why I can't use them anymore, the tracking # would have made this a short wait on both sides since we could verify what was going on with my order.
My first shop here and my last. The item arrived damaged. They wanted me to pay for return postage! What are they thinking! Its not my fault. I called them and spoke with a supervisor but they basically told me I was screwed and had to ship it at my expense. The supervisor was rude! Dont shop here if you want good customer service because you wont find it here!

I ordered guitar hero III on Nov. 25th. My confirmation stated it should ship the next day. On Dec. 3rd the order status was still "in fulfilment", with no word from Family Video. I emailed customer service requesting a ship date and there was no response. When I called customer service, a rude person told me the product was sold out and there would be no possibility of getting it in time for Christmas. I cancelled my order and would not consider family Video for any future purchases.

Terrible selection. Very few foreign films to choose from. And Blu-ray, Forget about it. I was told by an associate that Blu-ray was still too new. Are they serious? Blu-ray has been out more than long enough that any video rental store that doesn't carry them is losing a lot of profit. My advice: Get Netflix. OR, if you absolutely need to rent from a location, go to BlockBuster: No late fees, large selection of indie films, foreign films, and new releases, and a Blu-ray section.

BUYER BEWARE! FALSE ADVERTISER. They list items as IN STOCK: This product usually ships within 1 Business Day. But they are not in stock. Once you order they take 5 days to email a notice that the item is on back order. At the same time they still list it on the site as IN STOCK. Ted at the orders number says they update the site daily. This means they intentionally list items as in stock. This generates sales but falsely. All they will do for you is apologize but they won't accurately update the site. After they waste a week of you time. You can't trust them to fulfill their obligations. The price may look good but that's worthless if they can't provide the product. It's a sales scam.

I ordered the Wii game and got an email saying it was delivered & I'd receive it in 5-10 business days. After 2 1/2 weeks I emailed them saying I hadn't gotten it yet. They emailed back basically saying it takes 5-10 business days... a few more days went by, still no game so I called them. The girl told me she'd send "another" one via UPS and that it'd be no problem, it was in stock and I'd receive an email when it shipped. A few days later I hadn't received an email saying it shipped so I called again. This time, another girl told me it hadn't shipped because "all of the sudden" it's out of stock, busy holidays". I'd ordered this a long time ago, in plenty of time to receive it before Christmas so when she said it would be on back order, etc... I told her to just forget it and cancel the order. In short, it's been two months and I havenn't recieved my order. The DVD was listed as in stock but after two weeks of no progress or reciept of product I contacted them and was told it was back-ordered. They could have at least notified me.
