Shipping the product seemed very quickly but I haven't received the product yet because it has gone media mail. I wish the 99cent shipping was for faster shipping methods.

I returned the package as it wasnt the product i have ordered (i ordered the blue ray version and got the standard dvd). I know i will receive the right product shortly as i was a mistake from your dept. i received an email confirming the mistake and the process of receiving the right blue ray pretty soon!

Just expected them to all arrive together, but they were send it 3 different packages, but all arrived in great condition...and I was not charged more than the stated amount from Family Video. I think they did a GREAT job. I'm very satisfied with my order and the merchant.

Ordered gift card on-line on 10/1 and it is 10/11 and have not yet received it. I called toll free number today and was told the card shipped on 10/3. The employee was very pleasant and said they would issue a new card today and ship it UPS. I appreciate the help I received.
