The web site was easy to use and they had what I wanted for a good price. Shipping was very reasonably priced and it was fairly quick to Hawaii. DVD in perfect condition. Will definately buy from them again, SOON.

Purchased Little big planet at a good price considering noone had it on sale at the time. Order was easy. I was disappointed that there was no tracking without paying for expedited shipping, but it arrived pretty quickly and in good condition. I would definitely shop here again.

I pre-ordered a game a week before it was released. That game was due out on Tuesday, but my order hasn't shipped until Saturday - which, in my opinion, is unacceptable. Why pre-order when I could have ordered it normally on the day it came out and had it shipped right away - since the merchant says orders ship within a day. If there was a delay I should have been notified and allowed to change or cancel my order. Hopefully the game comes soon and is in new condition. I would order again, but not pre-order from here again.

every thing was alright. just one dvd had some broken plastic inside from container but dvd was good. i thought
the delivery time was great. i dont't like the envelope
packing for dvd's. boxes are better for that.
