I use to be a fashion bug shopper for almost 8 years just recently i got tired of there product and there associates only reason being, the clothes are too high priced if you really look at the price, the employees are lazy, they really don't give a rats butt about you and they can't really doing anything for you but take you money and you go home with either a big debt cause you shop there all the time or you get high priced clothes that you can go and get at walmart or a target. I give you a 2 thumbs down fashion bug because your Marketing, Customer Service and your product really sucks!!!

I purchased two items on sale and when i went to the checkout area the sale prices were there and all appeared ok but when i continued to process the order one of the items was billed at the full price too late to do anything but email them to tell them of their mistake and i am still waiting for them to contact me to correct it. If they had a phone number where I could have called right away I'm sure the matter would have been taken care of. This was my First and Last shopping with them.

I love Fashion Bug. I've ordered on-line from them several times (the last time in Nov. 06) and I've never had any problem. The prices are great (I wait for a sale and I usually have on-line discount codes) and I've been very satisfied with the merchandise. My last order consisted of a twill skirt, white cotton/spandex shirt, and a brown sweater. The 3 items cost me a total of $35.00 (I had a free S&H code). Tracking the shipment was easy, and I received my order 2 days earlier than originally anticipated.

I absolutely love fashion bug! I have been shopping with them for over 7 years and even though my sizes have fluctuated they still managed to have very fashionable clothing for plus size women. I also love their prices, they are way cheaper then Lane Bryant, even though I shop there too. If you want to save money shop at Fashion bug they basically have the same style of clothing, but at better prices.

There clothing and stores are very helpful and are also there when you need help. There price are not that high and you can really get some deals when stuff is on sale. I am usually always happy with them.

I ordered during the "Buy one, get one for $1" sale. I bought one dress for full price, then selected another for the $1 price. Both were there on the checkout page when I paid. That was on Sept 29th.

It is now October 15th, and no sign of the package. Consequently, the second dress was not added to my order. I have sent two emails (with no response), and after calling 5 different phone numbers I was able to get a human being who was absolutely useless. Nonetheless, here's the phone number: 513-576-8856.

It's not worth it- I have ordered 3 items from Amazon on dates after I ordered from Fashion Bug, and those packages have long since arrived. Therefore, Fashion Bug sucks.

Fashion Bug does have a good selection of plus sized stylish clothes, which is hard to find. We do not have a fashion bug store locally. I had just came across their store while searching online. So, they gladly took my order online, and deducted the amount for overnight shipping. Three days later still no delivery!! And, guess what? They have NO phone number on their site! You have to dig and dig to get to talk to a real person. What ever happened to customer service???? Did they forego that department? After calling the number for the credit card line, and hitting tons of buttons I got the credit card department and demanded they give me a customer service number. Which was worse than pulling teeth! After going through a mound of people, I finally got customer service. They nicely said they had not even processed my order yet. I explained the overnight shipping and such. And, apparently I needed this soon or I would not have paid for it. They said they could process it the next day! Are you kidding me? So, I canceled, what a joke!

I placed an order at FashionBug.com on 6/1/08 when I received my item is was not what I purchased. I emailed Fashion Bug and was told that they did not have the item I purchased so they sent me what they had regardless that it was not the item I wanted. I was told that they would send me a return label which after 3 weeks I never received so I emailed them again. I did not received the return label until 7/8. I sent the item back on 7/11 and they still will not refund my card. They state they have not received it but according to the tracking number they have it. They tell me that it can take up to 8 weeks to recieve the item back. It did not take them 8 weeks to charge my card. I guess I will have to file a chargeback. Horrible customer service. Horrible Experience!!! Beware!!!!! I will NEVER purchase from them again.
