I shopped online with Fashion Bug for my daughter's clothing gifts for Christmas 07 and was so impressed that when it was time to replenish her wardrobe, Fashion Bug online is the first and only place I needed to go. I ordered a $35 gift card on 10/12/08 for my daughters birthday on 10/18/08. After repeated phone calls, which cost me a lot on my cell phone charges, after being told repeatedly that it would be "overnighted" at no expense to me because of their mistakes, she finally got it on 11/11/08. A month is totally unacceptable to me and I'm sure it would be to you also. Respectfully submitted by Trudy Anthony

I enjoy fashion bug, always have, my 11yr old loves fashion bug, so as long as we are treated right and you keep putting out great fashions, you'll always have us as cutomers. Oh and my sister likes your stores as well. so keep up the good work.

It was very fast, and easy to order. It shipped out quickly, and I was able to track it. It didn't take long to get my jeans, and i got them a day sooner than I expected. They were in great condition, and I was satisfied with my first online purchase.
