I enjoy buying my clothes and accessories at Fashion Bug ... Although i do prefer some sales on the clothes.. but above all the products are of great quality !

It was ok I guess. I'd probably purchase from them again if they had a good deal and had something that I wanted. One of the tops I purchased had an insert that came with it and when I received it the outer shell was the right size (26/28) but the insert was the wrong size (18/20). Therefore, I am not able to use the insert. I had to use a different top altogether. I had also sent Fashion Bug Support an email asking when I was going to receive my shipment (I had paid additional shipping costs to get it faster and it was still late) and I never did hear back from them at all.

Descriptions of items and picture quality could be better. I had to return some blouses because what looked like a small floral print was skulls and crossbones pattern in two of the tops and yet that was not given in the description. Exchagnes were easy to make if you take the items into the store to do so, though.

I will only purchase in the physical store. I dont like the policy that they run your atm/debit card for the total amount of your order even if you have a gift card to cover the majority of the total. When they run your card like this, it puts a hold on your money for several days. I feel they should only run your card for the difference between the gift card and your total order.

one of my item arrived in the wrong size, it showed the correct size on the order form that i had as well as the packinging slip but some how the wrong size was sent to me. I ended up just keeping it instead of going through all the work of sending it back and waiting on the correct size.
