The system was easy to use, but I normally shop in their store. I was dismayed to find the suit that I purchased for $39.99 wasn't a suit at all, but a jacket. There was also a problem with getting my discount and I had to email and spend more time on the transaction then I cared to. Now I have to figure out how to return the suit jacket. I think I will stick to the store shopping.

I just received an email stating that my merchandise had just been returned and that the merchant would be processing a refund. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND, I WANTED THE MERCHANDISE THAT I ORDER, PAID FOR, AND TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO HAVE SOMEONE CORRECT THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENTS ERROR WITH THE MAILING ADDRESS. If the merchant can process a refund for returned merchandise they can also redirect the shipment to the proper mailing address (1300 N Market Street, Suite-401, Wilmington DE 19801). If I do not receive the item that I ordered then this will be the LAST order that this company will receive from me and I will make my family & friends aware of your terrible customer service policies!!!

They items were only late becuase of the Christmas rush. One item came in wrong and I made a phone call and they said they'd ship it Express and just to return the item I recieved with the paid return label that will be sent. Very easy transactions. Very, very pleased.

My experience was fine. It was unremarkable, which is a good thing in the sense that nothing stood out as frustrating. How ever this survey is irritating because there was not a appropriate choice for every question. For example, in question number four, NA--Don't know should be separated or rewritten. Does NA mean not acceptable or not applicable? Does the answer mean not acceptable because I don't know? So you should spell out the NA and then either have that as two choices, or rewrite as Not Applicable OR Don't Know, if that is what you meant for the last choice.
