No customer service phone number!!! I find it nuacceptable not to post a customer service number on your web-site. My shoes were NOT in a box and were poorly packaged. They looked like second-hand merchandise.

I am in the process of returning the bathing suit which, while cute, did not work out for me. I was disappointed in one top I purchased and one other top that I loved was not sewn down the side seam. I wore it to work. Thank goodness one of the other girls noticed it and pinned it shut. Definitely slipped thru quality control.

I have been very pleased with all my purchases. I have been ordering clothing for my daughter as well as myself from Fashion Bug and are very happy with everything we have ordered. It would be nice to see what panty and bras match without going thru both sections only to find that the bra we like has no matching panties. That is the only suggestion I could make!! Love your on-line styles and availability. We have gone to the store in Danville to find something we have seen in a flier only to find out that they won't be getting it in.

I needed this coat for my daughter. I had brought one for myselt two before and my daughter liked it so well I wanted to surprize her. I call the store and they said they did not have a medium but I could order on line so I did right away. The next day I went to the store and found they did have size medium. This upset me because I knew they did not go look they just said no. The coat came my daughter is happy with it. I could have saved a little money by getting it from the store. But I'm still happy it arrived in time for the cold weather
