This was the second time that I have ordered online and had totally different items sent to me instead of what I had ordered. I had to email and the call customer service in order to get the correct items sent to me.Other than that,the order arrived quickly and replacement of the correct items were sent out quickly at no additional charge to me.

I did not receive a phone call nor a mail-in form as mentioned in survey question #6. I would have hoped to have found ladies panties in my size, but they were not available. If they were, then they were not easy to find.
