Couldn't be more pleased with the service from Moen Depot (Faucet Depot). We saved over $50 on our faucet, which our local home improvement superstore would have had to order, as they did not stock it. It was in stock at Moen Depot, was shipped promptly, and we were able to "watch" it travel across country with FedEx tracking. It arrived exactly when expected, and now that we have installed it we are absolutely delighted with it. Would very highly recommend shopping here, and we will be back again.

We purchased faucets from Faucet Depot twice. Both times were special order Moen faucets. They apparently can get anything in the Moen catalog if you can get a part number for it. I saved a bunch and got a faucet I was having a hard time finding.

I do wish they had more stuff in the online catalog.

Shipping was about what I expected, I was not in a big hurry, but I think it was only a few days before I had them.

Ordered a Moen Faucet from them. I placed my order on a Monday and the faucet arrived in perfect condition on Thursday. Couldn't ask for quicker service! Local stores had the same Moen Faucet priced from eighty dollars to one hundred fifty dollars more including the shipping charges. We have not yet installed the faucet as we are doing a kitchen remodel and are not yet to that step but based upon the parts list that came with the faucet we received all the parts. Will update this review if we experience any problems when the faucet is installed later this month.

I ordered $1,500 worth of fixtures for my kitchen in December 2006 from FaucetDepot.com They arrived on time, however, all of the products were damaged or appeared as if the boxes were once opened.

The high-end Grohe faucet (over $400) was scratched, the Insinkerator hot & cold water dispenser was scratched, and the box that contained the Insinkerator hot water tank looked as if it had been opened. Needless to say, I shipped everything back on their dime, but had to pay the initial FedEx shipping charge.

Within another week or so, I received the duplicate order. Everything looks fine, but I have yet to install the fixtures, so we'll see.

If they indeed sell used and/or refurbished products, they should state this on their web site.

Customer service treated me just fine, so if all goes well, I may re-order from Faucet Depot when it's time to re-do the bathroom.

Not satisfied. Placed order for sink and faucet, was told
both were in stock. Faucet arrived two weeks later.
Called after 3 weeks about sink. Was told that they
had no sinks (all were damaged). Could not locate one.
I was not notified about this. Cancelled the
remainder of my order. Would not do business again
or recommend them. (this was in July 2007).

On the other hand, they were courteous and answered the phone when I called, which is more than I can say for many online merchants.

I do not recommend faucet depot. I never received a confirmation email regarding the order, as they claim they send for every order. In addition, it took well over one week for me to receive the order, longer than they claim on their webpage. Finally, they state on their webpage, that they typically use UPS for delivery but sent my delivery through Fedex, which they say nothing of in their shipping rates and policy description.

Faucet Depot overcharged me over $500 on my credit card!  After some time on the phone, being shuffled around and repeatedly put on hold, it appears that the charge will be corrected (obviously, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place). 

Also, one of the items was clearly a return. 

They did have relatively good prices for their items, but please double-check you credit card bill!

I purchased a beautiful Pegasus faucet with prompt delivery but after a week some of the finish peeled off. I contacted Faucet.com, left a message and received a fast call back. I needed to purchase another faucet to replace the damaged one and then returned the damaged one in the package provided with postage paid. Within a few days my credit card was credited for the returned faucet. It was refreshing to deal with a large on-line company and receive such polite, timely and competent service.

Amazingly GREAT service with very competitive prices. The order was verified immediately with excellent delivery instructions; freight charges had been reduced; phone number easily read. Lead delivery time was from 10 to 14 business days, but the items arrived in FIVE (yes! 5) days. Trucking company called the night before to see if we would be home. We like this store.

Faucet Depot had the best price on the Blanco sink I ordered which shipped in a very timely manner, was well packed and delivered when promised. Easy to use web site and great customer service. Would do business again.

Excellent customer service, people were nice, professional and the warehouse was not a confused mess. I would buy from this place again and refer others to them.
