I love shopping at Fetchamovie.com its a great store to shop at. You can find everything very easily and i ordered it online and came in a coupe days right when i was expecting it. This time i got exactley what i ordered online I didnt get some other crazy item i wasnt expecting. Its a great store to shop at around the holidays!

The selection of merchandise was large and the descriptions were good I liked being able to find related artists and read their biographies.
The item arrived sooner than expected, and even the
item that was backordered arrived in less than a week.
It was a wonderful experience.

I found this website through web search. Order 3 DVD movies and took advantage of their free shipping. All items were received in advertised time-frame and in excellent condition. Ordering process was easy and they send out a confirmation. Good place to shop.

This is the worst experience I have had with an on-line company. I ordered about 6 DVDs on December 13, 2003. I e-mailed them shortly after to change the shipping address. They said they changed the address, but said nothing else. Then after 2 weeks I e-mailed them again because I wanted to know the progress of the order. I needed my order for Christmas. They did not respond. I e-mailed them on the 26th, yet again. I got a brief response (2 days later) telling me that there was a problem with the transaction and that the order was canceled. They told me this 2 1/2 weeks after I placed the order. Terrible customer service!! I e-mailed them again to make sure my credit card had not been charged. I also asked for an explanation for the poor service. This is the exact response I got," Your card was not charged." Do not shop at this store. Also, there is no phone number so you can only reach them by e-mail (or snail mail if you can find the address hidden in the return/exchange instructions on the site).

Quick delivery. Items in excellent condition. Very competitive prices. There were no problems with the entire process. I will remember this website when I shop for Cds.

I purchased several movies in November 2003, and they were shipped in two separate lots of two - so far so good.

The fifth never arrived, and I was eventually informed that it was no longer available. Around that time the site went down (changed hands or out of business? who knows?). I was invited to get a refund or wait until April of this year to reorder a replacement. I elected to wait as the US dollar was dropping by that time and I didn't want to lose on the exchange rate on a refund (that will teach me not to be a cheapskate won't it?)

Anyway despite several e-mails requesting my status, I have received not so much as a single word in response.

Bottom line - good service initially, but beware if they have your prepayment and can't get the product (after all, I don't think they carry everything on their shelves, but order from distributor as the orders come in).
