I ordered from this site because of the large flashing "orders ship same day" that was a banner on their site. As it turned out, it took 1 full week before the order shipped out. When I called to inquire, the customer service rep very coldly said "it's problems with the vendor" and offered nothing else. Then I sent in an email to express my frustration and got a nice email back that said they would send it the next day. When I checked UPS, there was yet another delay. The whole experience was a headache... all over a plush stuffed animal that was available on plenty of other sites. I would not recommend this site at all.

I can only say good things.... ease of ordering on-line,response to order,correct estimation of shipping date, UPS delivered on time, packaging was very good...customer service answered e-mails promptly.. and even tho Table and Home are across the country, will recommend site to my friends and family......plus granddaughter loves the manatees.....it was a perfect birthday gift.....

I had ordered from table and home once before but had to cancel my order. They made it very easy for me and handled it quickly. I love the fact that they use UPS rather than USPS for delivery. I have nothing but trouble with the Post Office. I will order from table and home again.

Wow - they were fast - confirmation within minutes, UPS shipping tracking numbers within hours, and delivered my orders on time - and the prices were the best - I like there being a "trusted store".

I will continue to shop with Table and Home. If I have a question and e-mail them, I get a response right away, the same day or within hours. When I purchase a product I receive it within two to three days. I am glad I found this site to buy from.

They refunded my purchase and I was greatful for that. The company was hard to reach during their business hours, and they never returned my calls. I had to always call them. They told me that they were in the process of changing their warehouse or something, but still they could have been polite and returned my calls. I would have respected a company that would have done that. They may be fine to shop with now, but I will not.

They sent me an email offer with a coupon code for 15% off that didn't work. I ended up making my purchase and then I received another email offer with another coupon code for $10 off over orders over $75. I called and inquired about an adjustment and they said no. Any retailer would have honored their offered and made an adjustment. My purchase was over $100. I would not buy from TableAndHome again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They use bait and switch tactics.

Fabulous and quick...of course I'm just 60 miles south of Seattle, and I didn't know that's where the items were comig from,but I truly like the ease of shopping online and not have to look for parking in downtown Seattle. The girls were thrilled! Thank you so much! Happy Holidays!
