I received the product I ordered much more quickly than I expected. I was pretty surprised. They were in excellent condition. I was actually ordering these ducks because they were so similiar to my son's lovey. The company who sold them originally doesn't sell them anymore, and I was very pleased to find them on this website. You guys did an excellent job, and if we ever need anymore lovies, we will come to you. Thank you.

wanted more of the item than what was in stock. Customer service would not place an order to ship to me when new stock came in. They said i just had to keep checking the web site and then order when they appeared. Not very good business method.

The purchases I made arrived within a few days. Except for 1 product, but I was aware and notified of this one delay. It is expected at the end of this month. Also I was going to order by phone at first. Was told I would be contacted by phone and they did within a few hours. I didn't have any problems with this company. I thought their sight was easy to understand and they had a lot of products to choose from.

I had never heard of this place but followed a link from another email. It was easy ordering and the products are as soft as advertised. I received my order in what I consider record time. The whole experience was wonderful.

One of my items was broken when I received it. Customer Service was excellent and provided a refund for the broken item. This is the one thing that sets an excellent company apart. Please continue this type of response to problems. As a result I will buy from you again. Thanks.

for a first time buyer on the internet it was pretty good except for a small thing. Some of the products i wanted were out of stock. Still to this date those same products are out of stock. everything else is ok.

They need to improve their process for communicating delays. It should be communicated in a trigger or manually created email and it should appear in the customer's account should they log in to view the status of an order.
The delays were not the fault of Table and Home, but the fact that they did not communicate this with me combined with the fact they have only one customer service rep who was out sick and, ultimately unresponsive to my requests, made this an unsatisfactory shopping experience.

i needed to speak with someone about a dbl. billing to my acct. the gentleman who answered was super freindly and helpful. even gave me his cell number if the problem didn't correct itsef. it did, but that level of customer service was exceptional!
