This is the most personal customer service I have experienced with any online store.  This is the fourth time I have ordered from them and the product I ordered this time was on a manufacturer backorder and the customer service called me and explained the situation.  They did not charge my account until the product shipped just three days later.  They then phoned and emailed to insure the product arrived satisfactorily...  I saw a previous review and just had to say my experience was outstanding!
Oh, and one more thing... their prices are the best! 

This site is added to my list of favorite online retailers due to their exceptional customer service and dependability. This site's descriptions of merchandise is accurate and has proven to provide the best prices on comparison.

I placed an order for a scale that would tell me my percent body fat, percent water content and basal metabolic rate --- and I got it in the mail a week later, and it does nothing of what was advertised -- its just a plain old digital scale!! What the hell?
Update: Upon calling the company to inform them of this error, they are in process of sending a UPS pick up to return the item and a full refund with shipping. At least they have good customer service when you call them, so it definitely helps to make up for the mistake.

I was an affiliate for Fitzz.... Until they BOUNCED A $20 check.
BEWARE: very unstable with poor business practices. How can you trust a company who bounces checks?!

I just ordered a Far Infrared Heating Pads after speaking with the very knowledgeable and helpful customer service guys at Fitzz.  I received the pad product within three days as promised and I just had to write a review for these guys!  It was SO REFRESHING to be able to speak with a knowledgeable and helpful group!  Plus the far infrared heating pad has already relieved my shoulder ache and is really great quality!  I AM impressed!!

I placed an order for some yoga supplies on fitzz.com. I was impressed with the customer service and speed of delivery. I was promptly notified when the items were shipped and graciously thanked for my order. I received the items ordered very rapidly and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'd highly recommend fitzz.com to anyone!

So far not so good. I ordered on the 24th of Sept and am yet to here anything from the company other than an automated email upon purchase.

Tracking status still says "Pending_Tracking_Update" which suggests to me that the order has not yet shipped. That is a good two weeks since ordering...

I have emailed the customercare a few times with no reply, hard to call them due to time differences.

I have just emailed Mark, as was able to find his email due to his name being mentioned in a review.

I hope this ends well.

UPDATE -- Received email back from Mark the day after posting this, and was told my package had now been shipped. No apology, no nothing.

The tracking says it left the states on the 9th, so fingers crossed it actually arrives.

The order went smoothly until shipping time.  It hasn't shipped, and nobody there will return my emails.  It has been a week since my order and 4 days since my first email.  I will update this if/when they ship this order.

UPDATE:
30 seconds after posting this I got a courteous, apologetic email promising to refund my shipping costs and get back to me within 24 hours regarding my order status. 

I would increase my rating to 4+ stars at this point.

One of the best services I have ever seen on the internet; fast shipments, helpful and friendly staff, and very professional. I have continued to buy all my diet supplements through Fitzz.com, and would not shop anywhere else.

This is my first order with Fitzz and likely my last.  My sister had a neck fusion and as a result is in a very uncomfortable neck collar for at least 6 weeks.  I was happy to find Fitzz had some comfy collar liners for the brand and size she needed. Well, it has been 7 days since I placed my order and there is no update on line with a tracking number and I have to assume that it has not shipped. 

How long does it take to ship an item that is "in stock".  Seriously?!?  So she is uncomfortable and immobile while they take thier time?  If they actually pick up a phone when it rings, call me back or return my email, I may update this review with more positive feedback.

I want to know if you ship in canada. I want to order vigorect gel, and I need to know if you deliver before I call thank's in advance for your respond.

Very fast shipment, received item in 2 days. Highly recommended store. They even accept paypal. UPS Tracking information was automatically received in inbox and shipping was actually free.
