This is the most personal customer service I have experienced with any online store.  This is the fourth time I have ordered from them and the product I ordered this time was on a manufacturer backorder and the customer service called me and explained the situation.  They did not charge my account until the product shipped just three days later.  They then phoned and emailed to insure the product arrived satisfactorily...  I saw a previous review and just had to say my experience was outstanding!
Oh, and one more thing... their prices are the best! 

One of the best services I have ever seen on the internet; fast shipments, helpful and friendly staff, and very professional. I have continued to buy all my diet supplements through Fitzz.com, and would not shop anywhere else.

First of all I found the information on this site to be very accurate and helpful. It looks like they have really made an effort to offer education as well as offer great prices and great customer service. I had an opportunity to call and ask a few questions and their staff was so knowledgable and friendly PLUS I got my really awesome Blueair 501 air filter delivered on time and as promised - and at the best price! Highly recommend this online store to all my friends and I have bookmarked this one!!! 9.5 out of 10!

I placed my order on 13/11/2009 and today is 21/11/2009 and my item has not been shipped yet.

I tried writing to customercare, I received an email on 18/11/2009 apologizing they had a problem with stock, and the item was to be shipped the same day.

I wrote again to customercare yesterday, I did not receive any more explanation.

I tried to call few times, even tho is very hard because of time zone (+12 hours) but nobody answered.

If there is any positive change, I'll update this review.

UPDATE : a day after I wrote this review I received an email (with no apologies) telling product has been shipped. I'll update this again if/when I receive the item.

UPDATE: I received the item with INCREDIBLE speed I was really surpried! I must say, at first you might be a little concerned over some delay but they delivery what they promise.

No other online shops has ever delivered with such speed!

Received my my massager and a nice gift as advertised. I like how you don't have to open an account to check out. I also like that I was able to track my shipment on line.

I ordered a Blueair Filter from this site and received it as promised. Prior to ordering, I called to ask a few questions and actually got a knowledgable, personable rep on the phone without having to "Press 1 for this or 234 for that..." The rep really seemed to care and take his time with me! Plus I got a great price! I even got a personal thank you note from the owner! Personal service in today's world! WOW!

Very fast shipment, received item in 2 days. Highly recommended store. They even accept paypal. UPS Tracking information was automatically received in inbox and shipping was actually free.

I just ordered a Far Infrared Heating Pads after speaking with the very knowledgeable and helpful customer service guys at Fitzz.  I received the pad product within three days as promised and I just had to write a review for these guys!  It was SO REFRESHING to be able to speak with a knowledgeable and helpful group!  Plus the far infrared heating pad has already relieved my shoulder ache and is really great quality!  I AM impressed!!
