I bought their best jacket and after two months of light use, the seams of the right arm started coming undone. I bought a pair of gloves using their size chart. They were too small. I had to pay to return them. I bought another different pair using their size chart. They were too big. I had to pay to return them. I had to take my jacket to a local leather store for repair. I still have no gloves. I talked to one of the staff saying I didn't feel I was being fairly treated. I was told "sorry, those are the rules. Shipping was much slower than expected, but I am in Arizona and they are in Virginia so I chalk that up to East does not meet West. They are about the same as any other shop.

The words FOX CREEK now fill me with a warm fuzzy glow of satisfaction. After searching Scotland for a good quality Bike Jacket, and finding only disappointment, I logged onto the net to go shopping for the first time in my life.
The beautiful pictures on the FOX CREEK site sent me scrambling for my credit card and within a week of shipment my CLASSIC II MOTORCYCLE JACKET had crossed America, crossed the Atlantic and arrived at my doorstep in Scotland in perfect condition.
It is a thing of real beauty and fits perfectly. The quality of the workmanship is superb and the sheer comfort is a delight I hope to enjoy for many years.

I gotta tell you. If you are looking for a serious leather jacket (I'm talking a 10 pounder) then look no further. I purchased my Classic I jacket several weeks ago and am extremely pleased. These folks know what they are doing. This is one company that I am definitely recommending to everyone. You just can't find this kind of quality in a big store. You can only find it in a small family run business like Fox Creek Leather. These folks care about you before, and after the sale. I'm comin back to Fox Creek again.

that orders one of these jackets, but you should! I already had high expectations based on the jacket's description and I must tell you that those expectations were not only met, but exceeded! With the help of your phone line staff, I received a jacket that fits like a glove and is very, very comfortable. I am 56 years old and have been riding for 34 years. I have to tell you that this is the finest jacket I have ever found! The folks that produce this jacket should be commended. It truly lives up to it's name --- "Classic". I was one of those customers who made the trek from Raleigh to Foxcreek to buy my leathers. That was an experience back in April of 04. Believe me, the trip was well worth it as we had to have some customized measurements done. I had reviewed a lot of the comments past customers had made and I was determined to see what it was all about. I am totally sold on Foxcreek products and tell people about the quality, service and treatment in general. I just hope you don't loose that uniqueness when you move to a new location.

I recently bought a Classic I jacket from Fox Creek Leathers. The initial order arrived on the date I was given. Upon inspecting the jacket I found a defect in the leather and immediately emailed Scarlett and told her that I would be returning it. Fox Creek sent the replacement as soon as I notified them that I was not happy with the initial order and they did it with no questions asked. The replacement arrived on the delivery date I was given and the product is exceptional. I am impressed with the materials and workmanship and the overall quality of the garment. During the whole process I was able to get in touch with Scarlett at any time via e-mail. Talk about great customer service! The medium Deer Tour gloves were out of stock and there was a week or two delay in shipping. FC contacted me about this, and all proceeded as well as could be expected.
Love the gloves. I would only downgrade them because they are so close to perfect it sort of emphasizes minor deficiencies - pinkies could be a tad longer, inner seam bothers left pinky with tightly clenched fist. Read more

Awesome pair of chaps. The quality of leather is second to none. I especially like the custom sizing. I work out a lot and as such if I purchase a pair over the counter to fit my thighs it is about 2 sizes too big in my waist. Given the quality and the custom sizing it would be almost impossible to beat. Read more

The only thing that I would say had me slightly dissapointed, was that the product I purchased, did not come with any instruction manual or product information manual.
