Fox Creek was an excellent example of what a good online business should be. Easy to navigate website, online tracking, good prices, good guides, great service. The jacket is exceptional in quality - it is wonderfully warm and comfortable at just the right time of the year, and the stitching, brasswork and other small bits are great. I'd highly recommend folks to purchase from them, and I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future.

I did not receive a confermation email that the product was shipped. I waited two days and sent a note. The follow-up showed the shipment was to arrive the same day I sent my note. Quick shipping, just a small oversight on sending the notice. Very good product

Nice website but unclear about arrival dates especially for extra cost shipping. When I paid extra for shipping but did not get product, I sent an email and got a phone call from Fox Creek within 2 hours to my cel phone. Very helpful and nice person overnighted my item to me via Fedex so I could have my item. Also did not charge me ANY shipping at all. That level of service led me to purchase a leather windshield bag which arrived early and is of excellent quality, with super easy install. Based on my experience, I am saving up for a Classic I leather jacket from Fox Creek and thinking about saddlebags as well. The quality is really the best, but the service is what made me a lifetime customer.

Very easy to order from. The windshield bag I got was exactly as stated and of excellent quality. I was very pleased and would certainly order again from Fox Creek. The bag fit perfect on my Sportster. In all my search I have not seen another bag with this quality of craftsmanship and durability.
