My shipment did'nt come UPS. It came DHL and was very unhappy with the delivery time. The easy brackets are the most unusefull aftermarket product i've bought to date. A big waste of money. I would do business with fox creek again but i am leary of shipping. DHL bit the dust with me. If they say who's gonna ship it they need to use that shipper

I searched several sites before choosing Fox Creek. I chose them because of the site information & navigation, easy ordering, the obvious quality of the leather, customer testimonials and free shipping. Everything they claim on their site is THE TRUTH. I made an error on my order, called Customer Service and switched a selection after speaking to a very nice and knowledgeable rep. She also physically checked the stock so I could know how soon I'd have my order. My order arrived precisely on the day she said it would. My Classic Jacket is marvelous, soft and very comfortable. The lined deerskin gauntlets keep my hands very warm while riding in Colorado. My next order is ordering my husband's jacket and gloves. We look forward to doing business with you again. Great jacket, very heavy duty, high quality stitching, the best I've seen. Value-wise, it' the most jacket I've seen for this amount of money, or in many case, for considerably more money. Great value. The Service from Fox Creek was very quick, their sizing chart was right on the money. I'm absolutely satisfied with the jacket and with the shopping experience. I've recommended Fox Creek to my friends and will continue to do so.

The only glitch in my experience w/ these folks is that I
was initially sent a pair of smalls instead of the mediums I ordered. I phoned them at the toll free number, spoke w/
Scarlet and the mistake was rectified very quickly and w/ no hassle at all! They even shipped the correct pair to me UPS three day select at no extra charge.
This kind of customer service along w/ a web site that's attractive AND informative will have me coming back for the higher ticket items I'll be needing.

The answer to question number 3 is not completely accurate. I ordered chaps and conditioner. I received the conditioner but not the chaps due to size and delay due to this reason which I am happy with. You need a question in your survey which asks whether you have received all products that were ordered and was there a good reason for the delay on the ones not received because I may have an issue on the chaps before and/or after they get here, do you see what I am saying.
