Fantastic! The only aspect that would have helped in my situation would have been a prepaid/preprinted return label. Going to a busy UPS store with my two month old was slightly inconvenient.

I researched many online leather goods merchants and selected Fox Creek primarily on the basis of product quality, sizing assistance, Made in USA and their Lifetime Guarantee. List price was higher than most, but competitive based on quality and free shipping for UPS ground. Their website was top notch in that it was visually appealing, well organized, navigation was intuitive and all the information I needed was readily accessible (i.e. product specs, sizing help, shipping options, return info, customer service contacts, etc.)
My order was shipped promptly and I was immediately sent an email notification with a UPS tracking number. I tracked it across the US and my order arrived on time and in excellent condition. Both the chaps and gloves were all that I had expected and both fit perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Fox Creek and their leather products to anyone looking for top quality and excellent service. I will personally shop again at Fox Creek Leather.

Extremely refreshing experience to shop at Fox Creek. I was amazed at the quality of the vest when I pulled it right out of the box. It is even more than what the pictures show! The soft,buttery feel is outstanding and it fit perfect. I am recommending Fox Creek to all of my riding friends and will be ordering chaps to match the vest as soon as possible. The quality is better than any other place I have shopped. I highly recommed Fox Creek Leather to anyone that wants a quality product and customer service both before and after the sale!

I wanted this jacket for my husband's 60th birthday. We had looked at several of them, but didn't like the quality. I found FoxCreek by searching. The idea of a life time guarantee made me think the quality would be better than what we had found. It was! We were so pleased with it. We ordered larger than he normally wears, because we followed your chart for size.
It fits great, the quality is excellent, and he couldn't be happier. I wanted him to have something he could remember for his 60th and he has it.
I have ordered leather care products from your site since and was very pleased with them also.
We also love the fact that it is "made in the USA!"
I'm sure we will be ordering other motorcycle products for both of us.

This site is an excellent source of leather. The product is what they say it is. I am very pleased with that.
They did not have the size I originally wanted, so I changed my order. The day after I received my jacket, they called to ask if it fit. They had received a shipment and the 46 that I originally ordered was there, and they were holding it for me. I never asked them to do this. This is really great service.
