I did not have a good experience with them. They had a low advertised price for the perfume they did not have in stock. I had to contact them after a week to find out they never shipped my order....
This was by far the worst service I have ever received from a company. Let me explain.. I ordered my perfume, got it pretty quickly, just to open it and find that the spray nozzle had obviously been ripped off and put back on. I smelled the perfume and it was NOT THE PERFUME THAT I ORDERED! Someone had obviously attempted to put some knockoff in the bottle and pass it off for what I ordered. I have been wearing the same fragrance for 10 years, I should know.
So I emailed them.. got an auto response that said that they would email me back in ONE DAY. I didn't get a response after a WEEK OF WAITING. So I emailed them AGAIN and finally got a very rude response back saying that it isn't a knockoff and there is nothing they can do.

I put my order on 8/10/2008 and havent received it yet. 4 weeks passed, and customer services, meant to be no helpful at all. They are not answering my mails, not giving me a tracking number, but advising me to wait patiently. I dont think I will ever buy from this site again.

After telling me I should wait they told me they will cancel my order because they don't know when they will have available again the product.

Purchased an item from the UK. It arrived 3 weeks later but carried a £12.50 customs charge. I have now find the section on the website that warns you there may be a charge (no figures are quoted), but feel this should be mentioned at the time of order as Free Shipping to me was Free shipping. The perfume has now cost me more than it would have done from the UK.
When I tried to email the support address my email was bounced back with the explanation that it was blocked.

Ordered 2 bottle of First by Van Cleef perfumes (200ml) and 1 bottle of Givenchy Gentlemen (200ml) aftershave. They sent me an email giving me the date of despatch and the items arrived within 2 weeks or so in perfect condition. Despite having a delivery charge of approx £9.50 for the 3 items and an unexpected customs charge of £12 they still worked out cheaper than buying of a UK firm. I have previously bought from Direct cosmetics but found this company to be cheaper but the delivery service does take much longer than a UK company.
Would use them again but watch for the customs charge can make them expensive. You will not know how much the custom charge is until they deliver the goods - BE CAREFUL!!!!!
Great price, great communication, speedy delivery. Perfect product! Would recommend to anyone who loves perfume. Lowest prices I could find anywhere, in a size small enough to try for the first time. Love it!

Ordered Chanel Egoiste - they sent a fake product! I've used this scent for some 14 years and know the smell, packaging and bottle.
The smell was totally wrong, the writing on bottle was wrong, the "product number" on back of bottle was missing/etched-out. Even the tube inside bottle was too thick. Customer service no help - want me to return AT MY COST if I'm to get refund. Hardly worth it with cost of shipping back from UK.
I repeat - they sold fake scent. I don't know about the rest of their lines but the Chanel Egoiste is definitely a fake.

Ordered an item and it was sent to the wrong address. I called the company to fix the address and they told me to take it up with DHL. When DHL was unable to do anything I wrote the company and asked for a refund or a suggestion of when or if I would actually get my item. No reply. I order online a lot and this would have to be the worst experience I have ever had. No help from the company. So, they pretty much stole money from me. I would NEVER order there or recommend it to anyone.
It seems like their strategy is: You order for the first time (not too much, you want to see if this is a good company) and you will receive you're package right on time. Despite nasty reviews on the internet you take the chance ordering a second time. You'll receive a mail that your package has been sent, but you'll never receive it. They are not responsabel because with international shipping "they loose track from the parcel" No real reply from the customer service, no refunding. Easy made money for them. Never will order there again.
I shopped here online once and however both my orders were cancelled due to failure verification of my credit card billing address. Unfortunately, when I received my credit card statement today, there were 2 transactions charged by FragranceX. Both were the cancelled orders. The last email I received from the cust service saying that 'your credit card has not been charged'. I wonder if your store will take responsible for this.
My daughter tried to put me the same orders again using her credit card, and it was also cancelled. How can you make it so hard to place an order? I've got to go thru more than 5 times of placing orders with different card accounts, only the last one went thru!
