On august 28, I put an order on this company. Before putting the order, I called the sales person to assure that they have all the product I want to purchase. Soon I received an email that shows my order and a connection to check the status of this order. It seemed everything OK until today. One week passed, I haven't get anything from this company, even an email notification for shipping. So I decide to check the status of my order using the web connection. To my surprise, this company dropped half of my order, in addition to that, they charge my extra shipping fee!!!
When I tried to call them this evening, to my another surprise, they have sales person on line 24/7, but the customer support work very limited time. And the sale person reject to solve problem for you!
It sounds this company just want to get money from you, and they are trying their best to do that, no matter what method, even lying. Once they get your money, they don't care the customer.

Ordered an item and it was sent to the wrong address. I called the company to fix the address and they told me to take it up with DHL. When DHL was unable to do anything I wrote the company and asked for a refund or a suggestion of when or if I would actually get my item. No reply. I order online a lot and this would have to be the worst experience I have ever had. No help from the company. So, they pretty much stole money from me. I would NEVER order there or recommend it to anyone.

Everything was fine until there was a problem. I had shopped this store several times in the past. This time however the sprayer broke on my Badgley Mishka perfume after a few months. I had only used this perfume a few times and as a matter of fact, you cannot tell there is any missing. I contacted the company for an exchange......not a refund and was told they only give a 30 day return policy EVEN IF THERE IS A DEFECT!!!. So I have a totally full bottle of very expensive perfume and no way to get it out of the bottle. BUYER BEWARE.

After telling me I should wait they told me they will cancel my order because they don't know when they will have available again the product.

It seems like their strategy is: You order for the first time (not too much, you want to see if this is a good company) and you will receive you're package right on time. Despite nasty reviews on the internet you take the chance ordering a second time. You'll receive a mail that your package has been sent, but you'll never receive it. They are not responsabel because with international shipping "they loose track from the parcel" No real reply from the customer service, no refunding. Easy made money for them. Never will order there again.

Item ordered was not as described on website. Did some
detective work at Saks Fifth Avenue. Packaging and scent
were definitely not the same as product from FragranceX.com.

I thought FragranceX.com was great when I first discovered the website. However, I ordered a product from them 5 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. It was shipped by air mail on 11 April 07, I think I will still be waiting for it in 2008. I will not shop from this website again and will also tell all of my shopping buddies the same.
Lousy customer service and lousy store. We never received our order and sent numerous emails. Finally today (28th) they sent a reply back. Said the item (Chanel No 5) had been damaged in shipment and they refunded our credit card. Well I will believe that when I see it.
I made an international order for delivery to Kenya. I received an email saying the product had been sent, which included a USPS shipment log number. When I checked on the USPS site, the number did not exist.
I emailed fragranceX and they reassured me that it had been sent but must be held up in customs. I have emailed again, and got the same response. Don't really want to call, as the cost of the call will probably be more than the shipment.
That was two weeks ago, and still nothing. I think I have been cheated. Don't buy anything on-line from this company.

I am an avid on-line shopper and found this to be one of the worst sites I have ever dealt with. Although I paid for express shipping, my order was sent ground and never made it in time for Christmas. Customer service emails went unanswered. There are many other fragrance websites with competitive prices that have MUCH better customer service!
Saved me time- didn't have to fight the traffic to get to the mall.

I ordered the product the moment it became available. They let me know it was in stock. I ordered it and waited and waited. No product, no info, no nothing.
