I love shopping at FragranceX.com, I shop with them quite often. But the order that I just received was not the one that I thought it would be. On the enternet picture it shows the original Rouge Hermes, but when I received my order it was the Rouge Hermes Declicate. But it's nice also but I just wanted the original one. So when you get it in I will order it from you. Thanks so much.

It was a very pleasant experience. Very easy to use their website and it has robust searches. They ship quickly and provide free shipping on orders over $59 which is a very nice feature.

It is the first time I've ever ordered perfume online. After doing some research with other companies, your company seemed to be the most reasonable. The whole experience was very good. Maybe authentic but way past expiration date. Can¡¯t tell when it expired, no expiration/production date printed, but it¡¯s already dried up. Even the sponge brush fall apart on the first use. $200 trash!

They offered a product on line which they could not deliver.
I found the same product at perfumebay.com and they delivered within 2 days as promised!
It took the other company two days just to reply to my emails!

This was my second time purchasing from them and I received fast efficient service and great product at an unbeleivably low price! I am sold and will be a regular customer! Even if you have never ordered from such a place it's worth a try. I will never buy from a department store again for my fragrances!

The vendor sat on my order for an unnecessary day. Their records should have indicated my past experience with them, the validity of my credit card, and the excellence of my credit rating. That wasted day caused my gift to arrive after the recipient's birthday.
I made two inquiries via e-mail to Customer Service. One was ignored; the second was responded to with a form letter not relevant to my inquiry. My phone call to Customer Service was handled politely but quickly and dismissively by a person who obviously needs X number of completed calls per hour to remain employed. Still, I'd use these folks again if timeliness is less of an issue.
