I have ordered my gift set in NOvember and it is Jan 04 and I have still not received it, even though I have paid for it, I feel totally let down as this was a christmas present for my Mother. It is a total disgrace and I am going to ask for my money back.
I ordered the gift set in good time for christmas yet i still haven't received it.

There was a $48.85 brokers fee above and beyond my shipping fee. I was so angry when I had to pay that I was tempted too ship everything back. The company you order from should have to tell you ALL the fees you will be subject to before you place your order. I will never order anything from them again.

did not disclose that skincare is not returnable. i received skincare that contained fragrances and dyes. when i tried to return it in unopened condition, they wouldn't take it back.
