Ordered a bottle of perfume and a bottle of after shave on one order. Received the perfume without the after shave and still have not received the after shave. No input from FragranceX on why the after shave was not sent.

This was a x-mas gift for my mother ,Which after recieving an email saying problem with credit card info. and order was on hold. I called and gave another credit card from the U.S since I am in Australia on business. And asked then would it be on time for x-mas ,was told no I then asked what do I need to do to have this package delivered ontime .I was then told 2day air mail I agreed I just wanted it there .Package wasn't recieved until I believe the 28th of Dec.At which my mom said it was a very small gift set. Which I wasnt impressed with also.I was told my acct. would be updated with fees for shipping. I dont believe i have recieved that to the account as of yet.I have done business with your company before , but at this point.I believe I should get "out" while ahead!!! I don't believe I have been so dissapointed in service from "Professionals"

It was a pleasure to again do business with FagranceX.com. I had even made an error on my order, forgetting to use a discount code and completed the order. A phone call the following day to a very pleasant young woman was quick and easy and satisfactory as she used the discount and credited my account for the amount I should have. It is a responsible and credible business which one can count on to treat the customer in a fair and honest manner.
