It is the first time I've ever ordered perfume online. After doing some research with other companies, your company seemed to be the most reasonable. The whole experience was very good. Maybe authentic but way past expiration date. Can¡¯t tell when it expired, no expiration/production date printed, but it¡¯s already dried up. Even the sponge brush fall apart on the first use. $200 trash!

Have placed the same order twice, first time by internet, the second time by telephone, and received the same wrong product each time. Have contacted them each time to make them aware that it appears their ads do not match the correct product line. Waiting for a response.

The experience was good. I have only two complaints:
1. The minimum purchase for free shipping was too high. I had to purchase 3 items to exceed the $75 minimum. Some of your competitors offer free shipping after only $50 purchase. I may shop there the next time.
2. You send far too many email advertisments (junk mail) following my purchase. I don't mind an ocassional email, but don't alienate your customers by flooding their mail boxes with numerous emails.

While the shopping experience was a good one, I didn't receive one of the products ordered (it was a variation to the actual ordered item - had a shimmer element to it). But overall very satisfied with process and ease.
