There was a $48.85 brokers fee above and beyond my shipping fee. I was so angry when I had to pay that I was tempted too ship everything back. The company you order from should have to tell you ALL the fees you will be subject to before you place your order. I will never order anything from them again.

did not disclose that skincare is not returnable. i received skincare that contained fragrances and dyes. when i tried to return it in unopened condition, they wouldn't take it back.

On-line order tracking was not available for this International order. This was not made clear when ordering and required an e-mail to check order status, which was replied to promptly explaining this. International tracking would be a great benefit and reasurance to overseas customers and I am sure would increase international sales.
The gift box seemed very large for a small bottle of perfume would smaller sizes not be easier for transportation?

I ordered 2 kinds of perfume. One of the 2 mailed to me was a different prefume by the same manufacturer - for men, rather than women. Correct on the enclosed order form, error apparently in packing. Excellent pricing, fast delivery. With holiday intervening, I haven't attempted the exchange as yet.
