Product was delivered promptly, and was as ordered. My only complaint is that the cigar aficionado cologne came just the bottle, no box or retail packaging, which I thought was odd. I was giving it as a gift, so I thought it should have come in a box or something.

I was pleased with everything except the shipping time. I realize I had other shipping options that I could have chosen for more money. However, it took far too long to receive the product after it was ordered. I ordered my son a costume from Cartoon Network three days after I ordered from FragrnaceX.com and his costume came in three days before my cologne.

Alfred Sung is my favorite fragrance and I have had difficulty finding it at retail stores. I was delighted to see that you carry it, and the simplicity of ordering online was an added pleasure. I MIGHT shop at FragranceX again, but I might not. I was not sure that the Biotherm items I ordered had not been previously purchased once and returned and then sent to me. The boxes were not in good shape and seemed to have seen some wear and tear. I did not have complete confidence in the products.
