I been buying from fragancex since many years and this is the first time that have a delivery delay. Until now I been waiting for 20 days with no news from fragancex. I sent an email to customer service and the answer was to "be patient".

Ordered goods in time for Xmas delivery - received the goods New Years Eve - despite 3 e-mails requesting details of delivery - no response to any of the e-mails.
Would not use supplier again. Would not recommend the supplier.

The item I ordered came sooner than I had expected. However, it had leaked during the transit to my office. I contacted FrangranceX via email about the problem and within a day I heard back from them and they remedied the mistake by offering me a discount on my next purchase. I really apprecitated their quick response and will definitely use them again in the future.

The fragrance I received was properly labeled and was the brand that I ordered, but was not the same fragrance that I have purchased in the past. As a result, I was not totally satisfied with this purchase although it may be my fault for not being aware of the possibilty of this difference.

I got on line, found this site that carried a hard to find item, ordered w/ credit card, and received within the 2-3 weeks. No problems, no hassles! Also, received my shipping free by ordering over $59.00. My order also arrived with a $5.00 of coupon for my next order.
